Brittney did an amazing job tonight working an hour by herself. On a Friday night and it was busy. Great job Brittney. All I did was direct the line. Because the line was down to Aisle 6. And nobody came to help until 6pm.

I love the lot is clean. That the store is clean and for the most part that the associates have been helpful. I like that pushed those migrate people off their lot away from the store. Unlike at the Oxon Hill store in PG were these people loiter, fight, litter, and urinate all over the parking lot. I appreciate the cleanliness of this location.

Today I was amazed by the excellent customer of Jeremiah, Keon, and Davonte! They were amazing and deserve employee of the month:; bonus and a raise. This store willl always get 5 stars awesome team work and awesome treatment to the customer.

Krissy and Quan delivered some extremely subpar service. Rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. I literally had to beg to be helped Quan couldn’t not be bothered to even communicate professionally with coworkers. This isn’t my first time in a hardware store so what I’m speaking on isn’t normally home improvement store energy Quan was extremely dismissive.

Always find the plants I need - always fully stocked

Kiarra at Customer Service desk was very kind and helpful with my return. Mike from plumbing was great and help us find the floor vent size we needed he was very nice and kind.

I do not do self-checkout allow the customer clerks to do the job they receive a check for. I should not have to ask a clerk to check me out when I arrive at the checkout line this should be automatically done.

I've been in many other Home Depot stores. This one in Dundalk is the bad apple. Most of these young employees hang around in groups of 3,4,5, They hide when they see someone looking for help. Most of the time is out of stock. However, the items are on the top shelf. This issue started 2.5 or 3 years ago. It has to be the negligence of the Store and Region Manager. Mike and Leo (plumbing) and Bill (not sure what area but he is always there for the customer) are the ones who really care about helping the customers. I will add pictures of the empty shelf next time.

Mike from plumbing was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, the store did not have any of the 3 pipe fittings I needed, the one online said they have 36 in stock, but me and Mike looked for 15 minutes and if they are in store, there not where they should be, he was great. When checking out I went up to a register that had its light on, with a young lady sitting at the register, I went to put my stuff on the counter and she grabbed her purse, walked away and said “I’m off” with her cash register light still on, very rude. You win some you loose some I guess with customer service.

Uneducated staffers. They need better training

Ordered items online for 2 hour curbside pickup. Never pulled, never ready for me. I had to collect the materials myself, which wasted valuable time. Dundalk store is a mess.

Everyone my daughter and I encountered was super helpful, but MIKE from plumbing was exceptionally helpful!!! He helped us with dryer vent issues and also in two other depts!! Great job HOME DEPOT DUNDALK!

Mike didn't wait for us to ask for help. He actually greeted us and asked if we needed help. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He loves his job, this store and you can tell. He would be an asset as a Trainer in Customer Service.

Woman sitting behind the counter gave me the dirtiest look and didn’t say hello when I approached her for help. She completely ignored me standing in front of her while she was sitting at a register and played on her phone. Someone else offered to assist me, and a minute later, the rude associate greeted a dog that walked in with a customer behind me.

This home depot always has everything I need...

This store use to be amazing. It had great managers. One of the best managers I’ve met in this location is John Clark and he has since stepped down. You can find him in the doors section now and is the best in the store as far as knowledge and people. The other workers are lazy and could care less about your needs. Go see John. Avoid the managers like the plague as they treat the associates like prisoners and the customers like thieves.
