Why does home depot think that customers should pay for a nickel bag that is empty? Not making enuff money on merchandise alone???

You have a manager by the name of John there that is literally the heart of this store. It’s sad to see how busy he is all of the time as I feel bad asking for his help, but he is the only one fully knowledgeable about this location. If anyone knows anyone else please let me know!

When we shop for Bath remodeling items we go to other Home Depot stores in the area they have a better selection

So the man at South checkout 1st denied us from using South check out then when we went to the regular online he wouldn't mind his own business and used attitude and was very rude I don't think that his position that he holds is befitting of this man he should be removed from it immediately I felt disrespected and very uncomfortable in his presence other than that the store is amazing Mike from plumbing is great and Shakira at The register was also great again man shouting cash or card at South checkout is just the worst. This all happened at 7 PM Tuesday the 6th of September 2022

if you shop at this store make sure that you look for a cashier by the name of tammy, she treats customers with respect kindness and always a smile.

I remember when home depot 1st opened and and there was always somebody there that could help you in and for years it seems like home hippo has went down hill and you can never find anyone in the store to help you.

Sue, the head cashier and Matt the store manager are great. They are always ready and willing to help customers.

Mike from Plumbing was awesome! He asked us if we needed help, and helped us find exactly what we needed. Some of the stuff we needed wasn’t available so he helped us find an alternative that’s just as good (plumbing stuff). He was super personable and super quick, he made this trip less stressful for us. Thank you Mike from Plubing!!!

Seek out Mike in the plumbing department. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He will help you locate what you need, explain a repair, and have you in and out in only a few minutes.

I'm glad they had a father's day deal and picked up my M18 1/2" Milwaukee hammer drill. The place was organized and I found everything that I needed. My girlfriend even was happy because found some plants she liked in the garden section.

Paul in customer service is great. He respects customers time and gives you stellar service with a big smile.

Something is changing and it is not positive. More door ways are closing and cashier stations are too little. Stock is low.

Plumbing department did not have an associate that knew what she was doing.

I would give a -10 if I could this store is a mess. No help. Shelves a wreck. Not safe. Check out person was very rude!!!

I really like when they ask what i need in the store. Dundalk location was the first Home Depot I didn’t ask for help but they come to me right away. So thank you! Especially the Mike from Plumbing section.

I've been using Home Depot since the early 90's when they entered the Baltimore market. My specialty for over forty years has been in the renovation and restoration of historic buildings in Baltimore's historic neighborhoods and Home Depot has helped greatly.

This store is super high traffic but they have great employees that go above and beyond to help find what you need

I found Mike in plumbing who went out of his way to find exactly what I needed and then explained how to install it.

the customer service in this store is horrible being it is non existant

The rep in the plumbing department Mike assisted me above the call of duty. He actually cared about what my issues were, & really made me feel like I wasn't just a customer, but a person who had an issue that needed assistance.

I am buying a dryer for my daughter, and the employees were excellent, and worked overboard to help me.
