Lauren as well as Suzanne really helped me figure out the schematics for my floor. Lauren even realized I was not breathing well and offered me water. SHE IS a keeper.

The woman of Forest Park Home Depot - Lauren, Dawn, Kara and Lady K - Listen and hear and problem solve so effectively. Such a blessing.

I b purchased a NEW Highly rated Consumer Reports Honda mower as standby for my 13 year old unit that is still going working strong. Honda stopped making "Gas" mowers last October. I do not have an interest in electric units so I purchased a newer replacement model to have on hand when the old one quits working.

I have worked with the Pro Desk Lately on some large projects and they get the job done or more importantly, if something goes wrong, which happens anywhere, they fix it and that says more about a business than when everything goes well.

Employee that "helped" us in the flooring department needs to find a job he likes better. He sure didn't seem very eager to be there.

I only needed one thing. An associate directed me to it and the service at checkout was friendly and efficient.

I was very pleased with the sales person knowledge about the product.

Michelle in lumber made quick work of my issue and came up with 3 or 4 solutions to the issue and then tailored a solution that is cost effective!

Cayla was very helpful in the tool area. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice to hear the words “can I help you find something” in a big box store.

Doug in appliances is top notch!!!!

The manager Ryan at this store is amazing. If you need any home project help or information, a guy named Richard “Flip” is the go to. He was so knowledgeable, kind and patient with all my questions and genuinely wanted to help me. Ryan just topped the experience with his personality and willingness to make sure I was taken care of.

I PURCHASED THREE HANGING BASKETS AND WAS CHARGED FOR FOUR HANGING BASKETS.

I had a great experience with an employee that came out of the flooring department to help with a toolbox and umbrella. Hard to find that kind of help anymore

Ms. Mary helped us so much and we were there just picking up a few items for the chicken coup we are building. WOW!! What a Gem she was. God Bless her for being so helpful and friendly. We have always been a fan of Home Depot and now we have a favorite employee too! Pam

The last 4 times we have been to this store because it was convenient to where we were at we ended up having to go to another one to get what we needed. Nothing is ever in stock. Store employees have no clue what is going on because there is no communication. Good luck finding someone to help because all they will do is bad mouth other employees or direct you to another store. They never greet you or apologize for items being out of stock or broken either. Just drive to another one don’t go here!

I was loading 4-4x4x8, 6-2x6x8, 6-2x6x10, and 20 bags of concrete.3 EMPLOYEES were standing there watching me. When I ask for help they all walked away. Upon checking out I ask if someone could help me load this in my truck. No-one showed up.never will I shop here again.

I have had the opportunity to go to every Home Depot in Cincinnati AND Dayton ares, as well as limited Kentucky locations. The Pro Desk employees at this store have me stopping in to pick up my supplies enroute to further locations, that are closer to the jobsite. I have never had a bad experience. Each and every employee is top notch and some of the nicest people I have ever met.

It was easy to find items I needed and the staff in outside gardening was very helpful. They were easy to talk to and they were there. Inside shopping need to improve no one every around to help.

Customer service was very rude and after walking up and down the main aisle approximately 7 times and completely around the store twice only one young girl gave me help when I asked her

Most of employee staff welcoming and friendly with professional courteous attitude. With the exception of one customer service rep lady that I was told is a supervisor. She has a very nasty rude attitude and definitely not reflective of Home depot's core values.

Always satisfied with customer service and being treated like a person and not just a sale..

Manager took the time to assist and provided material help beyond expectations.

Pat is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He addresses regular customers by name, helps those that have questions regarding tools/materials, etc. Pat is a very valuable asset to the forest park Home Depot!

This review is petty. I can be petty. That said, The Home Depot offers “ emailed receipts”. The issue arises when a person is not fast enough to hit that little green button on the credit card machine. The cashier has the option on their screen, to give you only a paper receipt. Sometimes( like tonight), they are pretty fast to hit that button. I like both receipts, but I’m not always on my game. I’d like The Home Depot to take this power away from the cashier. Or at least make it so they would have to have the customer acknowledge that they don’t want an emailed receipt. Thanks for reading. Feel free to go about your life as normal now.

I HAD A CHRISTMAS RETURN NIGHTMARE AND TWO OF THE LADIES WORKED WITH ME TO GIVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TURNS OUT MY NIGHTMARE WAS AN EASY FIX FOR THEM KUDOS TO THEM

the folks that work at this store are the best. Way better than the 'blue' store.

I am posting this review for Rita at the Forest Park Home Depot. She is by far my favorite person to see on my visits. She takes such good care of folks when they are here. She is always polite, courteous, professional, and makes the trip worth it every time! If you all don’t know Rita, you should go to Forest Park Home Depot and go to see her. She will always be my favorite person to shop with and I think anyone else will agree! Thank you Rita!

My business has been buying material here for 2 years. The pro desk is ultra efficient and even the cashiers are awesome. There are always associates to assist in finding anything and everything. I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s once a day and these guys blow Lowe’s out of the water. Ps, you guys should be more forthcoming with the Pro swag. I love repping you guys at work.
