Shopping at Home Depot
It was easy to find items I needed and the staff in outside gardening was very helpful. They were easy to talk to and they were there. Inside shopping need to improve no one every around to help.

    VERY SORRY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
    Customer service was very rude and after walking up and down the main aisle approximately 7 times and completely around the store twice only one young girl gave me help when I asked her

      Most of employee staff welcoming and friendly with professional courteous attitude. With the exception of one customer service rep lady that I was told is a supervisor. She has a very nasty rude attitude and definitely not reflective of Home depot's core values.

            Pat is great!
            Pat is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He addresses regular customers by name, helps those that have questions regarding tools/materials, etc. Pat is a very valuable asset to the forest park Home Depot!

              Assuming cashiers
              This review is petty. I can be petty. That said, The Home Depot offers “ emailed receipts”. The issue arises when a person is not fast enough to hit that little green button on the credit card machine. The cashier has the option on their screen, to give you only a paper receipt. Sometimes( like tonight), they are pretty fast to hit that button. I like both receipts, but I’m not always on my game. I’d like The Home Depot to take this power away from the cashier. Or at least make it so they would have to have the customer acknowledge that they don’t want an emailed receipt. Thanks for reading. Feel free to go about your life as normal now.

                STORE MANAGER AND SUPERVISORS ARE GREAT! AT THIS STORE
                I HAD A CHRISTMAS RETURN NIGHTMARE AND TWO OF THE LADIES WORKED WITH ME TO GIVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TURNS OUT MY NIGHTMARE WAS AN EASY FIX FOR THEM KUDOS TO THEM
