Home Depot is a great store because of the friendly stall and the huge selection of items which far surpasses any other store.

I purchased several large bags of garden soil, and pushed them to my car on the flat cart. I fully intended to load them into the trunk myself. The two associates working outside at the nearby garden drive up loading area were idle at the time, and noticed me. They immediately ran over and loaded my car for me. I am a 62 yr old woman, so maybe I reminded them of their mother, or (yikes) their grandmother. Even so, it left a very good impression that they would rather come help me than stand around doing nothing while waiting for their next drive up customer. And I did appreciate their help. I could have done it myself, but it's not as much fun as it used to be.

In every area I walked in the store people always asked if I needed help which was great because some stores you go in and you need someone can never find anyone to help or the person doesn't know what they are talking about. So it is great that people asked if I needed anything and if they could help me with something. Customer service is the key to everything if you don't have that then you won't do well. Glad it still exists out there.

I visited this store to look for new washer/dryer. The selections were many, but Ron Butera helped explain the "ins and outs" of each machine. He was extremely helpful and seemed to take a personal interest in making this an easy experience. After the purchase, he went to the trouble of checking me out right at his desk in this department, so I wouldn't have to stand in a long line. He was the best!!

I am not a hardware guy and have trouble with projects. Mostly I make it through with you tube videos and help from the store clerk, if I can find one. This trip your store clerk found me and my wife as we were perplexed and helped us find the item we needed. She then took us to the location of our next two items. Wow what a quick and easy trip. Kristine Knapp is a credit to your organization and was the lead off of an overall excellent shopping experience.

Store was clean. Found what I needed quickly and was cashed out quickly.

STORE WAS CLEAN & UNCLUTTERED. COULD NOT FIND COTTER PIN HANGING IN AISLE I WAS DIRECTED TO. COULD NOT LOCATE HELP. FINALLY CALL TO EMPLOYEE PASSING BY. HE TOOK ME DIRECTLY TO A DRAWER IN THAT AISLE. COTTER PIN FOUND! I DID NOT NOTICE DRAWERS IN AISLE OR I WOULD NOT HAVE NEEDED HELP. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES MORE HELPFUL THAN I COULD ASK FOR! BEING AN OLD MAN I USUALLY DO NEED HELP.

I enjoy Home Depot as they are always eager to help and take the time to explain how to do a specific repair. You always have what I need and I can get back to work quicker. I always steer family and friends toward Home Depot.

I always find the item I'm looking for and additional items I didn't even know they carried. Staff is exceptionally helpful - I'm only 5 feet tall and associates are always happy to reach the higher shelves for me! They are also very knowledgeable when I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for. On the few occasions I've had to make a return, they were courteous and prompt. I don't think I've ever entered the store and been dissatisfied!

Found the product I was looking for (storm door sway arm). Was in and out and only took 15 minutes to replace the part.

There are no surprises when you shop at Home Depot. It is what you expect and sometimes that's great when you can run in and out. Finding help is usually a challenge but once you have an associate, they are always great! I love the self check outs-it definitely keeps things moving and gets you out the door faster.

Had everything I needed in the store and more and the employees there were super. Highly recommend. Sam and Julie made another happy customer. A plus in my book. Thanks again

I love the way walking into Home Depot fills me with wonder. Each isle is a new possibility, a new creation waiting to happen. I am often overcome with joy when entering our store, excited to see what new items they have. It is fun to get ideas there even if your budget doesn't allow for it! Home Depot is bright, clean, and the employees are friendly. I adore going to this store and seeing all the wonderful things they have inside. :)

I Love this store. It is always well stocked, clean, and has people available to help me. They all know the layout and are incredibly friendly. I think they like their jobs, and it shows.

I usually have a positive experience at the Gates and Henrietta stores and have been shopping there for years.

I honestly had no clue how to fix a fan that fell from my ceiling. A gentleman by the name of Rick walked me through the whole process and showed me exactly what I needed. I wish every store could match the great customer service of this Home Depot location!
