I have seen a vast improvement with this store and it has to do with the employees!! They actually appear happy to work here and are very helpful. The store is kept tidy and clean as well. Today, on a busy Sunday for the store, I had FOUR different employees assist me and I was able to get my shopping done quickly and effortlessly. The shelves were all stocked nice and full. Oh, I almost forgot, I had FIVE people help me ... one helped me find some weed cloth and he could tell I wasn't particularly full of glee with the one etagere full of the presented weed cloth, so he walked me with his cane to another etagere location and wowed me with MUCH better weed cloth (and about $10 more per roll, but definitely more of what I was wanting in a better quality)!! The location, too, for this store is very good since it is close to many other stores for shopping AND has numerous entrances & exits so when there are lots of shoppers, there isn't a traffic jamb in the parking lot ... and easy exits along with appropriate signals to get onto regular and heavily trafficked streets.

As long as you hire people like, "Prakash", this store will thrive. I'm always treated with respect and your staff is informed and friendly. The clean is always clean and tidy and I always find what I'm looking for.

I always find what I am looking for here, staff knows most of the answers, I like the lady that greats you when you walk is, she is so sweet.

I was at my wits end this morning trying to get some Venetian Plaster that has been discontinued until I ran in to Juan Perez at the paint desk. The Behr rep was so kind and helpful and connected me with Jonah another rep who got me everything I needed. Then I got to Prisilla at the Pro desk who helped me finish my order and it will be here on Monday. I am forever grateful to them for all their kindness and help. My house is going to look amazing when it's done thanks to them. They all went above and beyond great customer service. I was so impressed that I bought all my interior paint at Home Depot and made sure they were all Behr products. Thank you!!

GREAT STORE

Super great staff.

On this visit I needed to return something, find something and pay for that something. Marvin at the return desk made it easy to return. Rich on the floor (Fasteners) helped me find just the right fastener with bolts. And Erica was just really nice and efficient. This is my "Dep" (pronoun "deep") and have always enjoyed shopping at this store. It's been a while since I've needed paint but the last guy in the paint department, was as interested in getting the color correct as I was.

Sales Associate Denise was amazing! If you need help, you would do well to find her!

Moved to the area and I've been here many times. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a good selection of items. Great plant and garden section.

this store is great, it has tons of inventory and the staff has excellent information, mark in plumbing and eric in gardening are my go too guys

the associate Pete is very keen, knowledgeable and helpful. He made my shopping experience easy. The cashier mike also give good customer service. They are assets to your company.

I've already posted it on Yelp. It's the one appreciating employee morale but being unhappy with the store allowing any dog into the store and not keeping its stock sorted.

The associates are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone knows where all the products are located without hesitation. I love going to the Genessee store. Lot's of parking and I generally can do other shopping in the area. Very convenient.

Large inventory, big store. Great assistance when available all over the store. Easy parking. My go-to home store even though Lowe's is closer.
