I have learned that I love gardening. I am a teacher and I like visiting the Home Depot garden to get ideas about fruits and vegetables.

His name is todd he helps me every time I go to this stor he is very knowledgeable and cares about his work and helping customers if you need help go to this store and ask for todd he is a very good employee

I love going to the HD on Genesee near my home. The workers are always so helpful and knowledgeable. It's easy to get to and it always seems to have what I'm looking for!

Decent selection and standard Home Depot prices. However, two employees Yayah and Pamela were beyond helpful and friendly when helping us solve our problems.

On line order came in and got notice it arrived. Super easy picking up item.

I would honestly say this is never happened to me an employee walked up to me Sara Fox Starkey and asked me if I needed help, not did i. It was like she read my mind and knew exactly what I needed. She also made suggestions to help me out with my project. Kudos Sara #1 employee. You don't see that kind of help nowadays. 😉

Take down all the US Military and POW flags at the entrance. We are there to shop, not see propaganda for the US Military Industrial Complex.

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot over the past decade in upgrading two of my homes. Never have I experienced such a terrible customer service experience that I recently had at the Genesee location. Without repeating the entire story, suffice to say that I was not only shocked, but offended at the lack of customer service and the absolute disregard for their customers well-being. all in all, this fundamentally changed my outlook on what Home Depot is about and made clear to me that all they care about is their bottom line and checking in and checking out.

I needed some brass under-sink fittings. Could not find 3/8 fpt x 3/8 compression valves or press-in fittings for 1/8 plastic tubing. Only one employee with two others waiting. Undoubtedly pipe fittings are hard to keep organized 'cause customers mix them up. This is an area where we need to be taken by the hand and guided to the right spot.

They have LOTS of self-checkout kiosks, so no waiting in line.

we ordered a cabinet on wednesday, HD told us it'd be in store the next day, we told them our contractor would pick it up saturday. today is saturday and they kept him waiting around for half an hour and tried to tell us the cabinet wouldn't be here till tomorrow. can't keep track of a simple order and wasted our time upon opening the cabinet, it isn't even the right one!

I have shopped at Home Depot for decades and this store is the neatest, best organized one I've ever been in! No clutter, no products falling on the floor. AND, the icing on the cake: many available employees, ready to offer help. Nice store, Home Depot, I'll be back!

We had an excellent experience yesterday at the Genesee store in San Diego. Your employee, Jewels Bromley patiently helped us figure out our ProMax account. It’s a very confusing system if you don’t have instruction from a knowledgeable employee. Jewels made it easy for us and was so kind and fun.

I wish you would bring back the check out service. I do not work for Home Depot so why should I have to do your work?

My Appliance Rep, Vito Bonadonna, was extremely helpful. He explained the differences of several microwaves to me and helped me determine which would best suit my needs. He was very professional, courteous and patient and answering all my questions.

I am awaiting the delivery of the refrigerator I bought on 09/ 09:18

The people at this are nicest people. It’s pretty obvious that Home Depot doesn’t care enough about it’s customer basic community or it’s well being. Replacing 8 human occupied positions with Auto-Bot registers is as low as it gets. Shame on Home Depot.

It has been months since the local Home Depot locations reduced/stopped evening access to bulk Concrete and Block "based on theft" ..... so a $357B corporation cannot muster the mgmt skills or strategy to serve their (Pro) Clients? and lazily default to the last sliver of fractional margin at the expense of customer service ...well done Home Depot, regional monopoly wins again

I went in looking for some quick connect adapters for connections for my pressure washer. The online inventory said they had several in stock in Aisle 09 Bay 16. When I got there, I could see where they were supposed to be, but none of the items I wanted were actually in stock. What a waste of time!

Home Depot in Genesee is close to home. Very convenient. And of course, always friendly and helpful employees.

Not the best customer service at this Home Depot, employees are very rude and unhelpful

This was such a great garden center it was worth the drive to Clairemont but this last visit was so disappointing. So I thought I’d look for 1) a new washing machine and 2) adhesive to glue the rubber feet on the metal grill grates BUT I couldn’t get help to save the world

Why have an employee quickly make two keys at once when you can DIY much slower with a self serve machine that can make only one at a time? Trying to find something? Just DIY in the time it takes to find an employee that actually works in that department. Why take up an employee's time ringing up the items you've put in your cart when you can wait in line to also DIY in the all self-checkout format this store has gone to?

Very simple reason for the rating: pushing self-checkout and limited cashier availability. Team members assigned to herding customers through self-checkout vs operating the registers. Please bring back cashiers to restore quality of customer experience and employ our local community members.

Priscilla and Su, employees of the pro desk area did amazing. They helped overcome the painful challenges of the home depot interface. It took several hours to place together a simple lumber package, but they were both extremely helpful, polite, and patient. 10/10 employees.
