This is a great store and team of associates. I drive further just for the incredible Customer Service and the ability to order out of stock items for delivery. I feel safe shopping here during Covid because they enforce wearing Masks.

I had a great experience both yesterday and today in lawn and garden, and I am so pleased for the assistance I received and the plants, soil, pots, etc, that I bought there today and yesterday!

This Home Depot location has friendly, knowledgable staff who go Above and Beyond to assist.

I always go to this store because I know will find what I need and, if I need help, the associates will go above and beyond to help me figuring out what would be the best option for my project, as crazy as it may sound

The employees were very helpful. Each of the three employees I talked with knew where the items I was searching for were shelved. They offered to walk me over to the item in question even when one of the items was clear across the store. He was originally hauling an empty pallet and actually stopped what he was doing, parked the pallet in a safe zone, and walked me to the item in question. The experience helped me get in to the store, shop, and get out in a short time. Even the cashier happily greeted me. Thanks for the help.

I have shopped at this store for many years. The store is always clean. If an item l bought didn't work out, Home Depot went out of their way to make things right. I have always been satisfied with products, service and delivery. Thank you for what you do. Thank you for being there during these weird times. I appreciate the Home Depot and all of your employees. Employees at this store help makes builders, contractors, and weekend project doers more capable with a friendly and supportive staff willing to help. I appreciate the product education, customer service, and support they've given me and our contractors.

Worst Home Depot I have been to.

From the gauntlet of illegals at the west entrance, to the dirty litter strewn parking lot, it appears the manager does not go outside or care about the customers impression of the store.

I was in line and the cashier told me another person was in front of me, even though that person walked up after me, Another cashier, Kerry, Saw what took place and called me over. Not only did she make sure I was completely happy, she even got me laughing. She cares about her costumers like we all wished everyone would. Thanks to Kerry and to Home Depot for hiring solid professionals...

Home Depot always helps me find what I need for home improvement projects, and many times have offered tips to make my projects easier.

Great store, just don't go to cashier 'Katherine.' Poor attitude & rude behavior-ignored my input 3 x's trying to give her SKU# on pavers (frequent purchase). She measured paver & tried to locate price. She located wrong paver (looked at photo only), and started to incorrectly charge me. I quickly said 'that's not the right one' (I saw incorrect SKU# on screen). I also purchased last bag of 3\4" gravel @$3.65, busted w/gravel missing. Asked for 50% off-she got sarcastic.

Love this store. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They're handling the COVID-19 regulations really well. I almost always find what I need at this store.

Walked into this store overwhelmed and frustrated and sad. My husband is in the military and was recently deployed unexpectedly. I went to Home Depot to get supply’s to make a raised garden that we had planned to make together. I approached a sales associate, and asked for help. He never left me after that. He did the math for the measurements of my lumber, he cut the pine for me, we went to the paint section to get my stain, he loaded the cinder blocks and soil, loaded my truck for me, all while smiling and chatting with me. A trip that I thought I would end up getting frustrated and quitting, turned into a great experience. For me, as a military wife, these projects and tasks can be miserable to have too do alone when my spouse is gone for so long. That employee Not only helped me with my garden, he reassured me that I am not alone, and that there are still kind people willing to help out when it’s needed.

Absolutely recommend this store. Went today to get a few more things to include a stove and refrigerator and customer service was personalized more so than usual. Frank (mgr), Stephanie & Jessie (cust svc), and William (appliances) provided outstanding customer service. Thanks guys!!

Every person working there seems very happy to help whenever I need it. They're almost always in stock on everything I'm looking for. Some of the cleanest bathrooms of any store I go to.

I was having a problem using my store credit that I received 9 months ago when I returned a large purchase. After 30 minutes of trying, Vivian and Walter were able to solve the issue in a very calm fashion. You guys made my day! Thank you! .... Mary

PAINT DEPARTMENT WAS AWESOME! Very helpful employees. I would only recommend your store if a customer did not have to deal with the garden department. Everyone else seem very helpful sadly garden leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service and or assisting a customer.
