This particular store is always so well stocked and the employees so friendly that I really enjoy my shopping experience here. It is very rare that I do not find exactly what I am looking for. Employees are always available to direct me when I cannot find what I need and usually walk me to that particular product rather than just 'point in the general direction'.

Denise, the cashier in the self-checkout lanes, went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate great customer service and feel it should be acknowledged.

Love their lighting department

The personnel in the store are very friendly and pleasant to deal with and I was consistently asked if I needed assistance no matter which area of the store I was in at the time. Also, I when I asked for assistance in finding a particular item a couple of times because the layout of the store was slightly different than my home store; the personnel didn't just give me a aisle # to find it on they literally walked me to the aisle and found the item for me. That has happened at least different three times over the past two months! Great experience each visit to this store!

Best Home Improvemt store I have ever been too!! Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for any home improvement supplies. Staff was amazing and very clean store. Prices were great as well!

Home Depot has always been my place to shop even though I have to drive out of town. Everyone has always been pleasant and very helpful. I had a great experience in two places in the store. I went to appliances and asked about gas stove top units and the lady (didn't get her name) was very helpful and I got the sizes to bring home to check the size of the one I need to replace. The next thing I did was shop in the landscape and floral department. I got the plants I needed and then i stopped to ask about the mulch. I young man gave me some great advise on what to puchase and I agreed that the Cypress was the best for me even though it is prices a little higher. After he loaded someone else, I had gotten the young gentleman from the cash register to help me find the mulch I needed and he loaded it on the pallet and pushed to front for me. I checked out and the young man I had talked to first came and loaded the mulch in my car. You don't see that type of help at other local stores. Great job Home Depot on training your personnel to be friendly and helpful to all. I am 72 year old women and I could of loaded the mulch myself, but they respected my age and jumped in to help. Thanks - sorry I didn't get your names.

great service someone ask me if they help

I was double charged on my bank card and they refused to refund me. My order will be here in a few weeks, then they said they can take a look. That sucks, because both payments were removed already from my banking account.

If anyone needs a job please apply for Home Depot. This seems to be a great Company in need of employees.

First I want you to know I hate self checkout lines. Most people I know do also. As I was getting in line to check out, the lady at the self check out aisle asked me to come to her line. she checked me out & I paid. So, why have self check out lines if there is an attendant that does the work? Other than that the shopping trip was great!

I recently purchased a new GE washer/dryer to be installed on 2/16. The website did not tell me that I needed to purchase any extra parts for installation other than a dryer power cord. My husband even called the store to make sure we had everything needed. We were assured by customer service that our order included all parts needed, delivery and installation. When they arrived we were then told we had to order stainless steel hoses for the washer (which was not on the website or told to us by the store when we called) so we ordered them but now have to wait 2 more weeks for them to come back and installed them. Don't trust employees or customer service who do not know what they are talking about!!! I also suggest not buying online!!! Their website does not make it clear ALL additional parts you need to order and as I said the store assured me all I needed was a dryer cord which I had ordered!

This was a very well run, well organized store/experience. Our cashier, Debbie, was amazing and super efficient. I had a very large order, 3 contractor carts, and she made this look effortless. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Excellent employees, especially young man in the paint department and cashier.
