EXCELLENT Customer Service
We walked into the store and were immediately approached by sales associates. It started out with one associate which eventually turned into 4. The associates were very polite, easy going and very helpful. They helped my husband load the materials on to the carts and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. All of the items were in stock. The associates also took the time to help my husband load the material on our trailer EXACTLY how we wanted. By far this was the BEST customer service from this store I have ever had. I WILL be back.

I bought new Sharp convection/microwave oven online. It was shipped free, but was defective. Sharp sent repair, they replaced almost everything in it and it still didn't work right. Sharp would not replace it without trying repair again, but even their techs didn't know what else to do. I wanted a replacement instead. I called my local Home Depot customer service, she said "we'll make it right, bring it in". I did, they re-ordered a new one (hopefully it will work!) and even got me a discount for the trouble I went through.
