Just moved here back from being overseas and I needed some tools and lumber to build some furniture. I found everything I needed and the associates knew exactly where I could find what I was looking when I asked them.

The store is always well kept clean, friendly associates, great products and get a military discount.

I returned boards that were incorrectly cut. I anticipated pushback and hassle about getting new boards replaced and cut. There was no hassle, no argument and no cost. Steve in the lumber cutting section did an excellent job with precise measure and cutting. In simple terms: good job.

Store was clean. Need some way to find products easier, such as a diagram or map of products. Each HD store is different so have to search around to find product or find an associate for help.

Surprisingly (only bcs of location) this store has THE BEST employees !! I've been going to this store for 15 yrs and everyone there knows their job, is eager to assist, goes above and beyond their job requirement, AND never makes you feel like they have other important things to do !!!!!!!!!!! I am always very pleased and impressed when I shop @ this store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also very important, its racially diverse !!! It's very clean, neat and the temperature is comfortable !!

The appliance that I wanted to purchased was sold out in the store and needed to be ordered. The Customer Service department were able to help me make my order and have it shipped to the store without an extra shipping charge. When I returned home, my husband said that it would be better to have it delivered to our home. I called the store and they were able to change the delivery address without me going back to the store. That was great customer service. Thank you.

Every time I'm there people are friendly the stroe is very clean

Associates pleasant, much improved of past years, makes shopping at store much more enjoyable.

The store is overall good, just think the items might me easier to find. For example, it took me quite a bit to find some rain boots last time I was there. It was not busy, and the associates were a bit vague about showing where the product was.

The store was well organized. I was able to locate the material I liked and needed for my project. Associates were very knowledgable and calculated amount of material I would need to complete my project. Was very happy with the price of the material and quality of same.
