AMAZING customer service
I went in for a drill, having NO knowledge of one, and an associate named Christina/Kristina helped me pick out the cheapest one (per my request). Later, at check-out, she actually approached me holding a red box, asking if I already bought a charger and battery (I didn't even think about those!). The red box was a drill with all three, and was a MUCH better deal, and I cannot believe that she actually took time of her day to pick out a better drill while I was away, then later find me and offer me the product. Easily the kindest and awesome associate I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. She deserves a raise for sure. I still tell people about this experience and it was over a week ago.

No Customer Service at Electrical
Had to wait over 20 minutes to get someone to cut some wire that is on there spools of cut to length. Several employees made pages over PA but no one took responsibility to get someone to help.

Nicole at the home depot on Otay Lakes Rd in Chula Vista, CA is awesome!
I bought a ratchet tensioner and managed to foul up all of the straps to the point I couldn't even use it. I went back to the store where I bought it and asked for help and she was able to unravel the straps and fix it like a boss! I could never had done it and I'm an engineer. She is a total asset to this store!

Very helpful and friendly staff.
I bought a new water heater and installation through Home Depot's contractor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a new water heater installed within 24 hours. The pricing was very competitive with other suppliers. The installer was very friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was very professional.
