The environment is so laid back and comfortable and friendly and neat and clean. I seriously want to work there, but they don't ever seem to respond to my resume. Maybe I'm over qualified, who knows, but this Home Depot has an environment that makes it as comfortable as an actual home.

Alejandra has the worst attitude ever. Either she depressed or has some real issues. I walk up to the register say hi look right at her and nothing, I ask her the total she stays quite. I had to ask the total 2 times, however she has the time to look over my shoulder and make facial expression to her coworker. She even put her head down as if she didn't want to be there. An embarrassment of an employee.

This Home Depot is a great place to shop. The store is clutter free and the associates are always very friendly and helpful. Items that customers want are usually always in stock. The check out experience is very efficient!!

Very unprofessional and condescending customer service person working the return/customer service section. The comment made by her implied we were attempting to pull a fast one on the company. It’s unfortunate the behavior of one employee is enough to leave resentment in a customers mind. I was in because of a wrong quantity charged on my receipt. I was charge for 71 piece of lumber when I only had 7. I purchased numerous other items and dog eared boards for a fence project. The purchase was made late in the evening 10 minutes before closing. We were rushing with the purchase and didn’t have a solid mental tally of the final charge amount. When presented the the total, I simply paid the requested amount. It was not until I got home 30 minutes later and noticed the error of being charged for 71 pieces of 2/x4x8 when in reality I only had 8. I called that evening and asset protection answered the phone. I explained the situation and was informed it’s not a big deal. We could come back anytime the following day and they would simply review the video footage. Today, 5/23/20 at appropriately 4pm, I came in to have the overcharge corrected. I presented my receipt and explained the overcharge to the employee. The employees appeared to be new and spoke with an elder female who claimed she was an employee for 17 years. Her response was extremely improper and implied it was my fault I didn’t look at my receipt and paid attention. Along with her remark, she stated the purchase was made a few days ago when in reality it was the previous night. Instead of apologizing for her error, she loudly exclaimed she wasn’t even sure what day it was. The entire experience was horrible. I understand waiting in line to get in and social distancing, but her behave and remarks is not something I feel properly represents Home Depot.

Just wanted to let all the employees know that their friendliness really was appreciated and made me feel real good about always coming back.

During these difficult times, this store is doing a great job. Employees are super helpful and friendly, and I appreciate them serving the public. Joel in the paint department is outstanding.

That’s the only store near my house so I have to use it,but the customer service is ridiculous I can never find an employee to help me and if I find them they say they going to call somebody that works in that area so I end up asking another customer or buying whatever I think is right and I have to go back the next day and return it. Either you need more employees or Retrain the ones you have.

I was surprised by employees offering to help me. I've gone to this store for over twenty years. I spend more time trying to find an employee to help me, then I do finding and purchasing the item. This time employees were helpful.

i have never have any issues with merchandise or returning unneeded, over purchase merchandise, as a customer I'll keep coming back to home depot at any location

Very nice to go to a military friendly store!

Dont go here unless you want to be ignored. Of the 8-10 employees i encountered, none spoke, none smiled, all were in a great hurry to get somewhere else. I felt like i had my cloak of invisibility on today. No one greeted me, and most walked quickly away upon seeing me approach. Must be a miserable place to work, too, as everyone was looking stressed and unhappy. Overall, not an uplifting experience. I did find what i needed (all by myself, thank you very much) and used the automated cashier machine. Next time i will skip the attitude and negative vibes and buy my item elsewhere.

IT'S AN AVERAGE STORE WITH GOOD STAFF. THEY FINALLY GOT US SOME CARTS AND FLATBEDS. I DO NOT LIKE THE PARKING POLICE AND LOADER MINIONS. THEY SHOULD ALLOW PRO PARKING UNDER THE PORT-O-COCHEIR. ALMOST ALL THE OTHER STORE HAVE SHADED PRO PARKING.

I always find what I need at this store.

This store is very well kept up in their stock of all that is needed and all the employees are friendly and helpful.

Clean and neat surrounding! The cashier named Sabrina was super sweet and she rang all my items perfectly. Will be coming back!

I would not recommend this store an hour before closing cause the carts will be locked up and there will only be 1 register open with a long line.
