Juanito & Evelyn at the Imperial Beach Home Depot offer the best service I have ever experienced. They care about me as a customer, and care that I have all the materials I need to complete my renovation projects in a timely manner. They are always accessible & willing to assist me as soon as I need help. I appreciate them, & I thank them for taking care of me always.

If you need appliances head over to speak to Irma. She was such a great help. I had no knowledge about appliances and she was super patient and explained everything. She realized we were embarrassed to ask questions. She also sent us home with options we could look over. She didn’t pressure us and yet we came back the next day to make our purchase. She made my experience a wonderful one and I would highly recommend her for all your applicable needs.

This store is always very clean and well-stocked. I have yet to have any employee not be very friendly and helpful. I am impressed by the overall general knowledge of the employees in this store. So far, every question that I have asked has been completely and expertly answered. I am particularly pleased by the accurate responses I get for my questions about where a particular product is located. I would like to single out one employee (Sakurako) for being extremely helpful and making me feel like I am a special customer.

I am a property manager and Senior Team Member who frequently visits this Home Depot for materials needed on a monthly basis. I have had plenty of good customer service experience throughout the years but none like I recently experienced thanks to Alexis from the Pro Desk. Alexis was very professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for as I was actually leaving. She definitely saved me a lot of time and pressure to get this specific job completed. Aside from her professional demeanor, Alexis was super friendly, funny and down to earth. I only hope that I get the opportunity to run into her again. Alexis is exactly what great customer service is all about and defines the type of characteristics we should all be fortunate to encounter.

Great customer service from a very helpful lady at the Pro Service Desk, she went out of her way to help us find what we’ve been trying to get with other local Home Depots and construction stores. Our Veranda fence panel and gate kit is finally n the way!!!

I would like to acknowledge Nashelli for her great customer service. I was struggling carrying two 38 gallon boxes and had asked her if she could have someone bring me a cart. Nashelli asked one of her fellow employees if he could bring me a cart while she process my payment, the employee ignored her and kept talking to his colleague. She then asked another employee to help her and he was of no help. Nashelli then took it upon her self to help me get a cart so that I may carry my boxes out of the store. Nashelli was the only employee who showed not only empathy but great service! Thank you!

Miguel in Lawn & Garden is 1 of 2 employees that knows his department at this store. He’s the reason I keep going back. So helpful and extremely friendly. The store gets 4 stars but Miguel deserves 5!!!! If you need help with your plants find him!

the gentle men working the garden department on 7-27-20 at around 2pm was very helpful, not so much as the cashier in the same department she basically told me to search for an item myself she had know idea what was sold in the garden department, perhaps she shouldnt be working that department or say that she would find someone that could help me

Store was better organized than I’ve seen it before & clean . Probably because I was there early in the morning. This time found items searching for in stock. Found one cashier who said Good Morning as I checked out. Other employees just walk by & didn’t acknowledge me.

This store is always clean and has a great cashier in Marina who was working in the gardening checkout during my recent visit. She was helpful, friendly and nice. I thank her for all her help and assistance!
