The parking lot is sticky, and there are dozens of vagrants crowding the lot.

Marky Mark from the garden section was very friendly. He leaned an item for me that I wanted to purchase because it was a bit dirty.

This location at Home Depot is very well staffed. The employees make your shopping experience, informative, expedient, and noteworthy.

I went to the Irving location off at Irving Blvd and I need help on Christmas lights. There is this guys staff I forgot his name and showed me what is the best one I can use. Linda also help me to check out faster. I intentionally go to the self check out since, I saw her on a walker and a little older. But she went to me and offered to check me out. I just want to thank her as she just proves that age doesn't hinder to do what she needs to do. and is very helpful.

If you know what you want, look up on computer. You will find out if the store has the item and where the item is located. When you get to the store you can go straight to what you need and even compare with other items you have looked up. No need for customer service. If you need customer service, ask for John or Ron - they may be a little older, but they are knowledgable.

This store has more Home depot helpers, so I can easily catch a people to ask which aisle I can find the item.

The other day I walked into this store at first it seemed lifeless as I wasn't really seeing too much movement in people but when I got to the very busy self checkout stations I could tell there were some good employees and some not so good. The one employee that did greatly help me was named Miguel very friendly and had speedy service with every customer. It was good to see the line actually moving in a timely manner.

I went in frustrated about having to buy a washer and dyer, but thanks to Paula (the assistant manager) it was the easiest experience ever! She assisted with making sure we got the best deal we could. And her customer service went above and beyond. Because of this experience I will continue to shop here!

There’s a lot that make companies amazing, but for me it’s the little guys. The employees make the store a great experience and as often as I shop this location I have had my fair share of good experiences but my most recent experience prompted me to write a review. If you need anything at the Home Depot off Irving BLVD make sure you look for some amazing employees; Tavo, Jon, and Lorena to name a few. They will make absolute certain you are taken care of and they will not let you leave disappointed. Thank you guys so much for just being awesome!

yesterday i bought someone big there, and it's was very fast to get that and even to be out of the store.

I contacted the contracting services through Home Depot to have an emergency replacement of a water heater at my father's home. I live far away, but I was there when the appliance failed. All the employees on the phone were courteous. Some snafu in the system, it seems, caused the promised next day installation on Saturday to be not as promised. However, Shawn, Sean or Shaun, the plumbing contractor who came on Monday was terrific. Because of his conscientious professionalism he developed a plan, and executed it to our great satisfaction. Please check the job numbers and give him great credit.

I waited nearly 40 minutes to get some assistance from the blind department. Asked 4 different employees for help and nothing. They need more people to work that department, it's neglected.

The entire store is good. However, the employees are not trained professionally both at return counters and at self-checkout counters. Most of the time they are in group of 2 to 3 employees. They are so busy talking, chatting within themselves. They do not even watch for the guest that someone needs help or just waiting to be helped. This both areas need high training for welcoming and helping attitude. It is called curb appeal. (If They are forced to do the job, find good people with positive attitude)

I visit Home Depot often. Unlike so many businesses that have gone under during the fallout from Covid, Home Depot is still strong. It's my 'go to' store for all my projects. I am my own repair person, gardener, painter, housekeeper, furniture refinisher, etc. An original Handywoman!

cashiers are really rude not helpful and they think they have the right to treat people like crop.

I wanted to take advantage of the Ryobi Days promotion and purchase a 3-pack of the 18v Plus batteries (6Ah, 4Ah, and 2Ah) so I could get the Brushless 18v Cordless Jig Saw, which I've wanted to add to my toolkit for a while. The website showed only 3 Qty in stock, so I knew going in it was a long-shot that I'd find one. I am sad I can't recall the name of the employee that helped me, but instead of just glancing around and saying "nope, sorry we're out", this gentleman took the time to actually look in multiple areas, and he found one! I was able to purchase the battery 3-pack and get my new jig saw for free! I'm very happy with the service and love all my Ryobi 18v products.

Very happy with The Home Depot shopping

I buy many items from this store and have been very pleased with the products and customer service, plus they have products I have been unable to find at other stores. I also love browsing the store for new products. I highly recommend this Home Depot for your needs.

The employees I interacted with were extremely helpful, even going out of there way to find the cart I needed to load my purchase. The lines were a bit long this time. Maybe it was because of it being Memorial day weekend. Other than that, it was a great visit.

This may be a very small Home Depot but it is always well stocked and the employees are most helpful. I have been visiting this Home Depot for seven years and recently they have a new store manager and it is definitely reflected in the appearance of the store and the attitude of the employees.
