I enjoy coming to this store location. The employees and the Manager, Ms. Paula and her assistant is always very friendly, courteous and efficient. The employees are a representation of the leadership which is excellent. They are so helpful and they smile and enjoy the customers.

I was impressed John in the door section came to me didn't have to Chase him down.

The lady who sold me a refrigerator was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. What a good employee you have working for you!!

As you walk in everyone is courteous and friendly. So many employees here are very attention to detail workers a d know their products. I come here a lot for all my projects from small to large jobs. Kitchen remodels to bath walk in showers and flooring. JJ General Contractor is happy with the service here and tool rentals. Thanks

Great store because of great front staff. Be sure to use shelf checkout. JaNell will make the trip to HD worthwhile and fun. Always has a big smile on her face. Makes you want to come back.

Great store. Clean. Was greeted multiple times as we walked in. Very friendly. The representative in lighting was very helpful. I really appreciated his help. Thank you sir. But most of all....my cashier. Haddy thank you! I had 2 transactions. First one was a phone transaction which I had never done before. She got me all set up with an account. Very nice and helpful. Made it very easy for me. I like easy! Thank you Miss Haddy!

Irving Home Depot always seem to have exactly what I need; and, usually, an associate can lead me right to it!

I think of this south Irving store as my home depot. every time I come in I can find what I need and the employees are always friendly and take the time to chat and get to know me and let me know a little about themselves. Especially Ron in paint, a fellow veteran.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THIS STORE SINCE OPENING DAY AND I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR, INCLUDING GARDEN PLANTS, FERTILIZERS AND INSECT SPRAYS. STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

The appliance department associate, Harry, was very helpful and patient and provided extraordinary customer service!

Each time I go to the store, I am always helped. We've just about built our house from Home Depot. We have come in with all kinds of problems, being homeowners, and received the help needed. My husband gets the metals for the work that we've done. I've helped him do impossible jobs and I'm very proud of the work we've done.....All with the help of Home Depot. We started with an old house setting on the ground and we picked up the walls and put in new floors. We put in deep floors that an elephant could walk on. We tore the entire inside house out and put in new walls, cabinets, etc. We did what homeowners want to do.

STORE WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND EASY TO MANEUVER THOUGH, GREAT EMPLOYEES, MADISON AND JON WERE GREAT...

store continues to be clean inside/outside. staff continues to be friendly.

First; I do NOT use "self checkout" lane. It takes jobs away from PEOPLE! There was ONE actual checkout person; and SHE had an attitude. I asked for Military discount; she said show your ID, not, Please show me your ID, just, show me your ID. Never did find the other items I was looking for; three different associates said, it is on aisle ......was not there,, etc. So left with one $15 sale.

Not helpful. Management or employees.

If you go in there for anything, go during the day, during the week if you can, ask for Renee. She seems to be the only one who really understands customer service. She will help, she helped me, when no one else did.

Love the old folks working in every Home Depot! They know how to get with customers, let’s just say they have more experience in customer service and boy oh boy the employees know the whole store in the back of their head. I never feel any bad vibes every time I enter a Home Depot store.

Diamonds are rare and valuable..Adriana from the Garden Center is a real gem...From the moment I arrived with my bombshell wife, every detail was taken care of, every need was met and every desire anticipated with just the right level of sensitive informed service. She was committed to her job, patient and displayed alot of self control, especially when my wife knocked over a flower pot that exploded on the concrete floor and burst like a rotten egg..Adrianna and Fernando were not even bothered by the crash of orange clay, the pile of dirt and big mess that carelessness can create sometime...and everything was taken care of like we had arrived at a six (6) star resort at the Seychelle Islands off the coast of Madagascar. They were as friendly as the staff at every Chic- Fil-A and we all know how nice those folks can be and every time you thank them..we all hear that same response: "My Pleasure"..LOL!!!!!!!!..

Janell is a 5 (Five Star)! employee and she helps us every time we are there shopping for products. The store should be proud of her as she is an invaluable asset to the overall operations! Thanks Janell!
