This store is always so neat and organized and ive never been in there without someone of employees know my name and so friendly and so willing to help. Dont have to wait long to get checked out ever......just love to go in there to see and talk and shop.....the everything store....good for the heart, soul, and anything around my house.........

I was able to find the product I'm looking for in no time, with the assistance of store employee. Store employee very friendly and helpful.

I wish to visit this store frequently because they are courteous and helpful.

No help available. Self checkout only. Employees rude. Asked to speak to a manager not sure she was. Did not give her name. No name tags. Never introduced herself. Didn't take care of our problem & Didn't seem to care.

Associate are helpful and attentive despite them being busy kudos to the Managers and your team.

So many employees and only 3 were helpful. The others were just milling around in groups on their phones oblivious to customers. The aisles were so cluttered I had a difficult time maneuvering my shopping cart. A terrible experience!!

EVERITHIN IS GOOD

Store does a good job of stocking products but they are quite mixed up on the shelves. Sometimes you get a surprise at the checkout.

We find this store to be a good place to shop. People are friendly and helpful, even if ya have to wait sometimes. Products are varied for choices, information can be obtained online as well as in store.

I love The Home Depot. They are always helpful. My wife complains that I go there every day... :)

I love going to Home Depot,looking around and trying new things. Recently bought a washer with a price tag of 469.00. After getting an extended warranty,hoses and fees for pickup of old washer I paid and went home,to wait for delivery of washer in a few days. It was not until washer arrived that I looked at my receipt and realized that I was actually charged 532.00!!

The poor customer service at this location is in direct relation to management's lack of comprehension of the term "Help Wanted" as far as staffing goes.

The future is bright, providing you get new managerial staff.

Staff is very helpful. Even at 6 AM!!!

The gardening sales clerk, Debbie, loaded all my soil and mulch and it was at her suggestion. She works.

Returned an item I bought on line. Return clerk was very respectful and showed GOOD customer service in handling return.

The cust service lady named Sylvia was rude

Awesome service. Found just the microwave we wanted, with assistance from employee, who was very efficient , kind and cordial.
