The associate at the self check out- JaNell is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I always go thru self checkout if she’s working. On a scale of 1-10, she’d be a 10

This store is easy to get in and get out of when in a hurry. I have been shopping here for almost three years now. Employees are hard working and very helpful. One trip I learned this week ... look up the item you want online. It will show you the aisle and bin # with the number available to purchase. This makes shopping here easy and quick.

I was in and out fast, thanks to the self checkout, product was there even though there was little inventory of it.(brushes) And also the employees were nice. The only thing I found that need attention is the outside cleanness.

Maybe if someone from The Home Depot could let the loiterers, Illegal aliens at the edge of the property know that loitering isn’t tolerated, but I don’t see that occurring because like most companies, those types of things are tolerated(breaking the law) by being here illegally. No one knows what their motivations are, especially if there is woman who happens to be shopping alone. It should be about keeping the customers safety of the upmost importance. I realize that I’m talking to a wall and nothing is going to change.

It's all about the people. Store #0563 is the best.

Juan in the garden dept. was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my plant needs. I do not have a green thumb so he made sure to show me plant options that will be pretty but low maintenance.

Management has been very positive and successful in store readiness for the community.

Store usually has everything I am looking for. Problem I they keep moving some things around and I need help finding them. I was happy to find one employee who when out of her way and spent some time helping me get the river rock I came for that was not in the bin. Charlotte took the time to stop me and check on the back stock and saved me from looking for another store to get the rock. She should be recognized for taking the extra time to help me. I don't like items displayed in the isles and everything should be in the shelves. It's sometimes hard to find someone to help me out and would like to see a store map or someone at the entrance to guide me to the area I needed to get to. Suggest you clear the isles, mark everything available in each Isle and even have a current map available of the store and items at the front door.

Been shoppin here for many, many years and this past week I had to make several trips and I was really surprised by the great vibe the store and the staff have now. It's genuine on every level and it shows. From the paint dept to the cashiers, it was a great trip every trip. Somebodies gettin' it done right! Keep up the great work!

The garden area was extremely busy, but the cashier, Deborah, working as fast as she could to keep the line moving, was very upbeat and friendly, and did not make anyone feel rushed.

The manager at this store “Haddy”, is exceptional and will help you with anything you need help with. It seems to be getting harder and harder in today’s world when in employee actually treats you like a customer and not like they’re doing you a favor just to help you. It’s refre, this lady went out of her way to help me all I needed is she is exceptional

Overall Home Depot always seems to make me feel important and appreciated as a customer! But I am especially pleased with the garden center at this Irving store! The manager named Alex and his team are GREAT! A woman named Haddy was my cashier yesterday And she engaged me in conversation and made me feel important.

Debbie in the garden center is one of my favorite people. Such a delight to see every time I visit.

This store is always so neat and organized and ive never been in there without someone of employees know my name and so friendly and so willing to help. Dont have to wait long to get checked out ever......just love to go in there to see and talk and shop.....the everything store....good for the heart, soul, and anything around my house.........
