I was in and out of the store thanks to the associates that Helped me out quick and I was asked several times down the aisles for any Help by the employees there Very Good and Fast shopping I did.

My visit at home Depot was short but very helpful. The workers at the depot were very aware of the product i was looking for and new just were it was . i was in and out in a timely manner Thank's Home Depot

always shopped home depot and have always been completely satisfied. wish there were more sales specials but who would'nt?

Excellent service and assistance by the associates in lawn and garden.

The store associates at this location are incredible! I am a single woman and I had a special situation with an edger in which I needed a new blade, but I lacked the strength (not to mention the tools) to remove the old blade. A female associate helped me find the replacement blade I needed, then took me to the hardware department where a male associate actually removed the old blade from my edger and installed the new blade. The associates then worked together to test the edger to be sure it worked! I was amazed. I'm a loyal customer FOR SURE!

Every question I asked in each department was not only answered but I was shown examples of the different products. Very impressive!

Ordinarily the store, while everyone is working in every isle, is very well maintained. This trip, I had to move large laddar to get to detergent. Bad experience at checkout, unusual.

Once again, I had a great experience at The Home Depot located in Irving near Beltline Rd. The Pro Desk is always helpful and able to get what we need in a timely basis. I am now willing to drive out of my way to shop at this store.

Love this store, but I waited for several minutes to get someone to help me load some heavy things in my car. No one ever showed up. I guess they were understaffed.

I have noticed that overall, Home Depot is beginning to cross the dangerous line that separates affordable from cheap.

I always find what I need at the Irving Home Depot on Irving Blvd. It has everything I need. I especially love the gardening section. When I have to locate other items I always receive help with locating the correct products for the home repair needs that I have.
