We visited the Jackson Tn Home Depot today from Missouri. One particular employee, ARTIE, assisted us. His friendly-helpful attitude and professionalism are the reason we will drive back. If you are ever at Home Depot in Jackson, TN seriously ask for Artie.

A delivery person for Home Depot took money from my wife insisting on cash to put our old washer into the back of my truck. I addressed it with my local store and they insisted on reimbursing me plus extra! Didn’t expect it, just wanted them to know what happened.

From the time in entered the store till I left, I was treated and greeted by wonderful, caring employees. Everyone worked really had to make my experience wonderful. The sales lady, who helped me with my order in the kitchen section was caring, informative, and amazing. She truly showed she cared about me and my purchase. I didn't feel like just another customer, I felt like I was important. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Shopped in the Jackson Tn store was helped by associate Paula Painter. She was fantastic if it was not for her help we were about to leave the store and shop at another store.

I purchased a freezer, and the young man that helped me was great.

I have always had a great experience shopping at Home Depot.

Robin even got my husband to open a store credit card account as well as purchase us a new refrigerator for our upcoming wedding anniversary.

I had another positive experience at the Jackson, TN, location. Staff was friendly, professional and engaging. I keep asking myself and spouse why we keep going to the competitor.

Lets walk back and forth with 5 gallons of water. Because the employee will not come to assist someone that doesn't know how to check someone out.

Home depot is in a great location, and have a great selection of home improvement items, everything you need in one location, and I would gladly recommend a friend to shop there..

I visited this Home Depot the weekend before Independence day and even though it was very busy, I was greeted by at least 4 associates and asked if I needed any assistance. When I reached the paint area, the associate was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Although it takes a little over an hour to drive to this location, I will defiantly return.

Service was very accommodating. Found what I wanted at a reasonable cost. Delivery set up within a week. Very satisfied with the store and employees.

We returned an item that was missing a part and the staff were very helpful with finding a suitable replacement tool. We also bought a rolling tool chest and needed help loading it, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this store!

Jackson TN is one of my favorite Home Depots. The staff always go the extra mile to help.

My mother and I purchased a small chest freezer. From locating the item to loading it in my truck, Greg was amazing!

After waiting for over 30 min and asking multiple times for some help on answering a few questions no one showed. This is by far the worst Home Depot I have shopped at, and from now on Home Depot have lost my business or at least the one in Jackson TN. !

I have purchased various appliances from this store over the past couple of months and am very pleased with the service I have received thus far. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees willing to go above and beyond to help.

Cyndi was a great help when i was looking for some Christmas lights. The inventory online as well as in the store computer showed they were in stock but they were no where to be found. Cyndi took it upon herself to check receiving to see if they were there and when they were not she offered an alternative and price matched. Great experience!!

The employees went over and beyond the call of duty when they helped us purchase our products without a credit card. We ran off and forgot our wallets but they Were more than helpful In working through the latest technology to get the numbers we needed to purchase our supplies. They spent extra time, right at closing time to help us. Very Friendly people willing to go the extra mile to help a customer.

Hello I called the Home Depot to find out if they had a certain refrigerator I wanted to pick up…They told me yes so I went right over there I live 45 minutes away upon arriving they did not have the refrigerator Mr. James heard of my dilemma And took care of my situation he was very helpful and is a great asset to your company… he took care of his customer and I left very happy thank you Mr. James and thank you also Home Depot for taking care of your customer that is why I love shopping at Home Depot
