I will NEVER purchase anything from this location again. If Mt Contractor recommends a product sold by Hone Depot, I will instruct him to find it elsewhere or get a different contractor!

Haris Babic is the best when it comes to assisting with the design and layout of my kitchen. I feel like he totally focused on me and my wants and needs. I can truly say it was a pleasure working with him and I feel that my kitchen is going to be spectacular because of him.

We worked with Haris Babic in the kitchen department, and he was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond, was exceptionally patient, and involved in the whole process, from start to finish. We 100% would recommend this location and those specifically in the kitchen department! They all had wonderful customer service.

Ms Lorraine helped us order a shower door, that was not in stock in the store. And she was excellent, patient, ,knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us.She helped us reestablish our military discount, and also with our Home Depot credit card . Thanks Ms Lorraine

I went to self checkout with 2 transactions. The self checkout attendant asked if we found everything okay and I said "Yes, but this (Hibiscus plant) does not have a price." She replied, "Well you better walk back over there and get a tag because I have no idea what that is." I rang everything up at your checkout and left the plant. I have already walked the store and I cannot believe you have no way to check your own prices and would not only not have cashiers but also not be able to assist.

I bought 2 appliances & I am super happy. Lashanda is a great employee & is an asset to Home Depot.

Experienced was great until checkout where I was not acknowledge greeted or thanked for shopping. But before I checked out the clerk went out her way to greet and ask if her assistance was needed

Employee at the front door sent me directly to the appliance area. Asked many questions about the appliances and how I could pay for a new set - washer and dryer. Every question was answered and follow-up advice given............

HD has gone to 100% self checkout. This has people waiting in line longer and even longer if any item happens not to have a barcode sticker. The person/persons watching self checkout could be operating full service registers. Customers dont have the store knowledge of products and computer operating skills that employees do. Very frustrating for customers, especially older folks who werent raised operating tech equipment.

Couldn't get anyone to help me find the fasteners I needed, had to request someone come to the isle, they acted put off by having to do something.

I bought a new Dyson vacuum cleaner recently and it is amazing.

Very hard to find anyone to help in any department. More than one item on my list was not in stock, NO substitutions were offered. Products on the plumbing aisle are mixed up something crazy and really hard to locate. Like items are somewhat together, but also scattered, even with some being in an entire different department in the store, especially drain parts ?? Plumbing items "used" to be offered in a pack of 10 or so... now many are 1 or 100?? This is crazy. I obviously needed more than 1, but no where near 100 of them. NO discount when buying multiple count of a particular item. RARELY anything in plumbing can be done with just 1, ONE, of a certain fitting. MOST plumbing fixtures have a hot and a cold... I think that is 2?? Also many items are hidden or tucked into a small hole on the shelf making it very difficult to find.

I have purchased all my materials at this store for projects I completed. I came out a lot cheaper than other stores in the surrounding area. Thanks for home Depot.

We were looking to buy a riding lawn mower. We had already shopped around and after being told they wouldn't start the mower for us to hear it run We decided to come to Home Depot. Best decision we made. We were greeted by Greg and he took us to what we were interested in, answered our questions and when we asked to hear it run he said sure. Started it right up and we bought it. We wanted to open a Home Depot credit card and he helped us with the whole process then checked us out. He was so cheerful and pleasant the whole time. He never once made us feel like we were a bother to him or that he didn't want to help us. He was absolutely great! So if you're needing something, go see Greg.

I went in looking for lighting for several areas of my new home. This store has numerous products to choose from and I'm happy to say that I found what I was after that day and will be back for my next round of lighting and several other items on my list.

I can not express how much James was so helpful during my purchase of flooring for my Dad's house after he passed. I needed carpet and vinyl planking for the house and James was there for me during the whole ordeal making sure that I was taken care of before, during and after. He even went as so far to personally deliver 30 cases of flooring and picked up 30 cases of the wrong flooring that was delivered by mistake to our house. The contractors they used for the carpet and vinyl were both very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the installation before they left the job.

Employee Delaney and Asst. Manager Tony Levatino went above and beyond to help me! Excellent customer service!
