Generally problematic
Good associates are REALLY good. Bad associates are REALLY bad. Cashier haggled about a $20 difference in price that was clearly marked. Associates can discount $50 without manager approval. This associate was clearly being problematic.
Used wrong delivery location after multiple discussions of the correct address. Suggested I travel 45 minutes away to intercept a delivery and transport it myself. Requested delivery only with signature. Driver attempted to deliver WITHOUT signature at the wrong location.

Loading area in the lumber area unorganized.
Got everything loaded but the loading area was totally messed up because 2 old ladies were being helped loading a refrigerator and dishwasher by 4 employees right in the middle of the exit area in the lumber area. there was plenty of room to the side they could have had her pull over to be loaded but they just stood there like they were lost. Finally another customer helped to get it loaded. He and I (plus 4 trucks behind me) waited for 28 minutes before we got to the gate to purchase our loads. This is total unacceptable. in my book. I would have left but was blocked in, as everyone else was.

Excellent Customer Experience
They offered me an upgrade on a lawn mower after the one I was there originally to buy wouldn't start. Everything about the shopping experience was great! I will definately be back!
