Great store, very helpful and courteous associates, they have anything and everything you need for home improvement projects. The store was very clean and well-organized. Home Depot is also very reasonably priced.

when I was building my home in Bearsville NY, I shopped here at Home Depot in Kingston and other HomeDepots to get supplies. I was & am fussy about the wood grains, ( I like quarter sawn grain) so I needed to use all the H.D.'s to assemble my window trim, stairs steps, baseboards, etc. Also great electrical supplies ! How much better can it get than having H.D. next door to ShopRite; 2 birds with one stone !

Paul Murray was calm and informative and extremely helpful. George the cashier was cheerful and quick. Both are great and the attitude makes the shopping experience a win for everyone. Thank You!

Jon D is a god. Knew where everything I needed was and gave me the location for everything on my list without leaving his post behind the paint counter.. I’d hire him in a minute for my small business. Perfect front man for customers. Home Depot is lucky to have him! I was in and out in 30 minutes thanks to Jon D and the very nice cashier who provided me with his name when I complimented him to her.

This is the cleanest Home Depot I have ever shopped in. The staff was friendly and assisted in me making my purchase a reality. They tracked down a Special Buy that was about to become out of stock and reserved it for me. Great Work.

My favorite Home Depot. Well stocked, experienced, knowledgeable workers who are never too busy to help. Website is accurate on location of products in the aisles and bins. One thing I never understand is why they have music playing in the whole store except for where it is needed to cover unpleasant sounds--the restrooms.

I was very with the store, product and service. Somehow while scrolling it survey moved to indicate I would NOT shop in this store again. That was wrong. I would certainly shop in this store again.

Recently placed an order for roofing materials through the Pro Desk and received excellent service from Tony and Frankie. They were enthusiastic and informative considering the busy holiday and I greatly appreciated it.

everyone in kingston goes to the ends of the earth to try and help you. That is a fantastic customer service quality. It is always interesting when you meet someone you knew ten years ago and that person absolutely could not stand the ground you walked on and they are doing their job professionally. That is a credit to time and their professionalism to your store-- . kudos to the staff member in question.

No customer service. NOT ONE CHECKOUT LINE OPEN. Arrogant employees. Nasty store. Nasty employees. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Friendly staff and helpfull too.

Store personnel are friendly, informed, and helpful, making shopping in such a large space very manageable and efficient, a step far above other big box stores in which one can waste a great deal of time and effort. Ordering on line for store pick up is also a big time saver.

I RECENTLY WAS IN THE MARKET FOR FLOORING , AFTER SEARCHING AND TALKING TO MANY OTHER STORES I GREW FUSTRATED UNTILL I MET DIANE AT THE KINGSTON HOME DEPOT. SHE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME SORT THROUGH MANY SELECTIONS, EXPLAINING THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH. WITH HER EXCELLENT EXPERTISE I WAS ABLE TO BUY THE FLOORING I ALWAYS WANTED.

If you want to remove carts from their lot for free this store is ok. If you have 30-45 min. to waste after you get your stuff to wait in line to be checked out because they only have 2 manned registers open and 1 that you can actually check out with large carted items even during a very slow time this store is ok. If you want to talk to the manager go else ware because you will get a assistant instead with a we don't care attitude. If you want real service go someplace other than this store.

Very helpful staff here. Product knowledge is excellent, and assistance to customers was beyond all expectations. From our first phone call inquiring about a dehumidifier, to selection, to check out, to assistance in loading it in our car, we could not ask for more friendly, knowledgeable and proactive staff persons.

For the most part the employees who want to be there are very friendly, approachable and have a good sense of knowledge on the products.

I highly recommend Don Clark for your window and door projects!

I went to Home Depot to have cellular blinds cut for our new home. Upon arrival, Kamal and Bobby were so kind and helpful. Kamal assisted me with options and Bobby cut all the blinds to my measurements. They reassured me that if there were any issues, to give them a call or come back. So effiecient, friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the quality of the product and the service I received. Heather at check-out did a great job sorting through my pile of boxes and sharing friendly conversation. I came away with everything I needed. Thank you! I'll be back!

parkingis good for us contractors and very neat in the isles--fast checkouts and line seems to move smoothly

I recently had the opportunity to speak with a manager regarding a number of situations in the store that were enough to persuade the average customer to shop elsewhere. During the conversation the manager mentioned how as we spoke management is currently in the process of changing things particularly regarding the poor customer service that was prevalent in that store for years. I'm hoping this will change thing considerably. One thing I always disliked in the store was the customer service desk. Perhaps the worse in any retailer. The employees made you feel like you were either trying to scam them or like they aren't happy you're returning things. Hopefully as part of this new HD philosophy they'll also consider blowing out clearance items for better prices. I've seen clearance things in there at the same price for over a year. They obviously don't see the value with clearing out the clutter.
