Clean Store with knowledge employees

We sure wish the hot dog man was back at your locations.

Forklift operator saw me standing in an aisle searching for a product, and she asked me if she could help me to find something. I described what I was looking for, and she walked me over to where it was located. Yay! I noticed a marked difference in the friendliness of in-store employees on this visit vs. past visits. Also yay!

ThIs store normally has pretty good inventory but the difference is the staff. They help you and seem to care, almost like it's their job...

The store is exceptional everyone is very helpful and the Pro Desk team is knowledgeable and efficient. I believe everyone who visits the store will find everyone to be very helpful and professional.

We are doing a full house renovation project so we are at this store weekly. The store is always clean, well stocked and each department has pleasant, knowledgeable associates who are interested in your project and eager to help you make it happen.

We recently used this store for our kitchen remodeling design. They have great kitchen designers. I would highly recommend them. The only reason I didn't give this store 5 stars is I feel their showroom pieces could be more up to date and we couldn't compare sample cabinet pieces with sample granite/quartz pieces that were located in the same general area because both were attached to a wall and couldn't be moved.

not different from other home depot store, if u like home depot, you will liek this store, if u hate you will hate this one too. If they could have feedback boxes in store to evaluate individual staff, and tie bonus pay to top rating, that would be something, staff will have a greater incentive to provide top service, money talks. Right now, sometime u come across good people, sometime not soo good. it is solala

Store opens early, which is perfect for me since I can stop in before work. Myself and my co workers are there at least once a day. Everything is always in stock and easy to find

Knowledgeable employees, friendly. They helped me choose the correct product for the project. Love the outcome of the perfect bathroom walls which included drywall patching, painting and sealing.

Alex and Shannon are the best associate they help you with anything concerning Hand-Cart and Recalls. I like this store. If its anything you need help with ask for them. And you will receive service.

I have to be honest. I like going to the store. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. If they can't do it themselves, everyone works diligently to get the right person for you.

I own my restaurant very close to this Home Depot store.I am always in your store and buy all kind of stuff including paint Supply. in my recent visits I've met a very nice lady,name :"Moji" who works at the paint section.She's very helpful & friendly & smart & patient with excellent customer service. She spoke my language&helped me to find and buy everything in paint & other sections.but a impolite & scary woman works there named Nikol. I dont want her to help me.

I visited the Lansdowne, MD location on Wednesday evening, 9/28. I approached a sales associate named Bill and asked for some help with standing shower options. Bill was incredibly helpful, he went above and beyond. He asked me questions about my bathroom remodel and then proceeded with helping me make a full list of everything that I needed. He taught me about the differences in sliding glass doors, the different toilets, flooring options for the bathroom and so much more. I was so overwhelmed when I got in and he really helped me through this big bathroom remodel shopping list. He even went further and put the order together online and is having it delivered to me so I didn't have to try to load and fit things in my car. He was incredible, honestly, best customer service I've ever gotten in a hardware store. I asked for his business card and I know moving forward I will always contact him for his advice and shop with him at this Home Depot location. Bill- I really appreciate the time you took with me this evening. I'm so thankful for the experience and also for everything you've taught me about the products I've purchased. Home Depot is very lucky to have a great sales person who is as patient, approachable, and knowledgeable as you are! Thank you so much!!
