I rented a tool from Home Depot over a month ago, got it Home and it was broken, it never was checked before it left the store?

Unlike other stores where I often find items out of stock, Home Depot had a well-stocked inventory. I was able to find everything on my list without any issues, from tools to home décor items. The quality and variety of the products were also top-notch, providing a wide range of options to choose from. Another notable aspect was the efficiency of the checkout process. Despite the store being busy, the checkout lines moved quickly, thanks to the ample number of cash registers and the proficiency of the cashiers. Almost every time I go there, none of the employees seem to wanting to work and being friendly. It’s just like they don’t get paid enough to do what they are suppose to do. I only ask a simple questions and request sent someone over to this area who can actually help please. Waited almost 30 minutes no one showed up and everyone passing by just ignores you and say I did call I did call but no announcement over comms. Ridiculous service. Don’t work at a place if you can’t do your job right. Or I guess I should say don’t hire someone who can’t even do their job right but chit chat with each other while other people waits in line to get service.

I like this Home Depot because it is usually well stocked and the staff is helpful. I'm about equidistant from 3 Home Depots and this is the one I prefer, especially their garden department. They also seem to take good of contractors; I see a lot of them there. As I said, they have what you need to get the job done in my house and yard.

Whether for professional related jobs or personal/DIY projects, we go to our local branch more times than we care to admit. We always find what we need and if we don't.. we ask the nearest service rep and are always treated in a friendly, caring manner regarding our requests. We could not get most of our home projects done without our local Home Depot location - THANK YOU, Home Depot! dst

My company uses this location frequently and we are always very satisfied with the service and the products offered. Employees here have shown to be very informed, especially on the trade that we are involved in (wastewater treatment).

Thanks for help the contractors to get the best tools to get done a lot jobs with quality.

Probably the only Depot in a very long time that always have everything I need.. did not need to go to multiple stores to get the items to complete my job everything was available at Lansdowne.. even when I order online..

We have shopped at "The Home Depot" for many years and have used their products to build up our home for the better. We usually always find what we need. You can't go wrong shopping at "The Home Depot".

Vernon in Millworks (doors and windows) is very knowledgeable peson. He is the go to!! Very friendly too

It's a nice store but I do have a Home Depot much closer to home.

I went in to the Home Depot to get a piece of molding to replace one that was damaged. I also wanted to get a gallon of paint and some sandpaper. I swear everyone in the store was completely friendly and nice and helpful! So much so that I was shocked and amazed. I don’t think anyone has ever treated me that well in a store ever! I got everything I needed at the biggest thing I got was a boost for my faith in humanity.

I went to the Home Depot this month to purchase new blinds for my windows. When I got there the shades that I needed were not on the shelf. I asked an employee for some assistance. She went above and beyond to help me but, what I thought was, I would have to leave the store empty handed. That was not the case with this store. They found my product and did so with a beautiful attitude. Very much appreciated in these times!

Ordered special order Andersen window and patio door also a special order garage door. Orders done concise and in a reasonable time considering the many options you must consider for each order.

Customer service is generally lacking in quality and care. Sometimes I have a good experience but more often then not the associates do very little to help. Generally seem understaffed.

I went to this location to buy a lawn mower blade and air filter the parts were not arranged well and there’s no help to be found. The lady opening registers for self checkout ignored myself and the guy behind me it was degrading.

Bought topsoil, mulch, and flowers. Rebecca helped me with the price of some plants, as I was leaving, another rep noticed I was struggling to put the mulch on my ramp. He came and helped load my items.

They always have what I need and the garden center is lovely.

Today, I visited the nursery at the store to get some plants. I was greater by Ms. Rebecca who said Hello, how are you today? That was nice to hear in today's retail environment which is more self checkout/ no contact. She was very friendly and attentive to each customer in her line. Please give her a raise because excellent customer service is hard to find. Also- Please give the staging staff of the plants a BIG THANK YOU! Everything was beautifully arranged making it easy for customers to purchase desired plants, vegetables, fruit trees, etc. I will definitely come back. P.S.- I wish I took a picture but sometimes it's best to enjoy the beauty with your own eyes.

I just went to buy 40 bags of mulch and the staff in the garden section in particular Justin were fantastic and so helpful

Josh was beyond helpful when it came to the completion of my project. If you have any woodwork projects he’s the guy to ask for!

We are in different Home Depot’s 5+ times a week and Debora made this our best experience ever. She is a true asset to the Lansdowne store.

I was extremely please with the customer service I received tonight. A young lady named Cin came to help me with what I was looking for, I think she saw I needed help and came to me. She helped me with some rather large items for Christmas, scanned and got everything in my cart, (I have a bad shoulder) very rare to find someone like her! Her customer service skills are impeccable. I teach customer service and she is an absolute delight. She made my day! Please keep her. Anne Z from the paint department was knowledgeable and an absolute delight. She assisted me with all that I needed. She was well informed, patient, eager to assist, and overall very helpful in the process. She went above and beyond to locate me everything I needed. She is great at her job! All the advice she gave me on what I was attempting to do went over very well when I got home. Her assistance made the process so much easier and enjoyable. I was honestly struggling without her. Seek Anne Z if you really need assistance. She is great!
