I was shopping for a Honda lawn mower at Home Depot. I waited about 10 minutes while they used the fork lift to get it down. When I went to pay, the lawn mower rang up about $75.00 more than the one that I had picked out. It was a more expensive model, and they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Instead of making go somewhere else they just lowered the price to the model I was planning to purchase, no questions asked. What a great deal!!! I know it will be a great lawn mower because it's a Honda.

I have allways used the Lewisville store because I know that I have a problem locating something it will not take long to get help and get on the road. During the work week time is money. Yesterday I wanted to invest in a new grill to enjoy my weekend I ask for help and it was there throught the process of pulling out of the parking lot.

As a former retail manager and now a small business owner, I know how important true customer service is. A lot of times it comes down to simple things such as being recognized as a regular customer and the store associates showing a personal touch by getting to know your name and greeting you with a smile and making sure you leave knowing that they appreciate your business. Your pro cashiers Jennifer and Jeffie are aware of your regular customers and give that personal service daily, not just to me but, to the other contractors I see them interact with as they come through the store. Great job to them and their store manager.

Marc in Appliances was truly helpful in my decision to purchase a refrigerator. Unfortunately, the warehouse was not as cooperative. No matter how hard Marc Pressed, he could not get a delivery within my need by window. But he did try and I appreciated that.

The employees and staff of this Home Depot are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This is the MAIN reason we return to this particular store, they make our shopping experience great one.

The advertised price tag was much, much lower than the actual price and had been accidentally left on the product we purchased. However, Home Depot still honored that price and we were very thankful for their service to us. We will continue to shop at Home Depot for our future home needs.

The associate went right to the item I needed and it took me about 5 minutes in and out.

I needed a quart of paint matched to paint I had purchased a few years ago. I was waited on within a few minutes and shopped around for a bit and when I came back the paint was ready. bit hefty at $1258

Just stopped in to find landscaping lights for ones that had burnt out. Associate was very helpful showing me the area as well as locating the correct replacement bulbs.

The Lewisville Home Depot Is A Great Store and So are The People.

I ordered online and picked up in the store. I needed it asap, and fortunately the item was ready very quickly, like in 10 minutes. Very satisfied.

A young man working the paint department was more helpful (regarding my questions about wall plaster) than any employee I have ever dealt with at Home Depot!
