I have a contractor to come and replace the countertops and cabinets in my kitchen, the master bath and a half bath. But I needed assistance with all of the parts, it was very overwhelming. Debi Poston made a list of every single thing I needed and we Were able to go down the list and get everything. My remodel starts tomorrow and I am completely prepared.

Otniel was amazing, he listened to our problems we were having with another store (closer to us), and he helped us out without hesitation! His manager, Jacob was just as equally helpful, helped us price match and get the best deal! Excited for my new fridge! Thank you Home Depot Lewisville!!

Great help and prompt service

We needed a new washer and dryer set. The Lewisville Home Depot had a great select along with helpful and friendly staff.

Dakota helped us with everything and made purchasing refrigerator, fantastic and easy

Whenever looking for windows exterior doors interior doors, my first thought is home depot. I don't know what they've done lately, but those employees are really on their peas and cues when it comes to greeting me. I haven't met the installer yet, but I'll keep you posted. On just how good he is. Talent is one thing, but attitude is everything.

Went in to purchase a dishwasher. Had to order the one I wanted so Dakota was great in helping us with doing that. Very friendly and helpful.

Met crew at store. Picked all the components needed for a cedar fence / gate (40") on the side of a home. Everything in stock, and out the door in 30 minutes. No waste after project was complete. Good day!

I purchased a washing machine and Rick in appliances was incredibly helpful.

I was looking for a gas range (for propane). The staff in that department were very helpful and patient with me answering numerous questions. This is a great store.

The young man that helped us were very informative will go back to the Lewisville store

Purchase a GC and within 30 minutes all funds had been removed. Now I have to wait up to 90 days to see if I get my money back? This is just insane. I understand fraud, but this sure does punish the honest customer.

I had a large order of lumber for a project that would have taken several trips with my pickup, so I ordered it online and requested a delivery. The order arrived on time and was perfectly packaged. They had everything that I ordered and in the correct quantity. I will order online home delivery again. Great job!!

I needed three items but did not know where to find them. Your staff person Samy saw my frustration and offered to help. She ordered all three items and arranged shipping as they were out of stock in Lewisville. She literally made our day!! Such a thoughtful professional! Thank you Samy!

Poorly trained employees with no regard for customer service. If an individual who shops here expects no service, no employee expertise, and all-around bad attitudes that individual will not be disappointed..

I shop at this store almost weekly and have a great time just walking around. The people are great and always ready to help with questions or a clarification on an item.

What i like about home Depot is the help and service you get at the counter. If you have questions about a product, just go to the front desk, and they will gladly help you to answer all your questions.

Needed a stove very quickly due to mine went out and had company coming over for dinner. Wesley Edwards and Rick Cooper saved the day for helping me get a stove that I really needed.

Took 45 min to get help even though we requested help in flooring 5 times. The flooring person never came. Justin was great and stepped in to help the best he could. I wanna know what the other employees are getting paid to do? Walk around and act dumb and not help customers or do their job?
