      Water Heater Purchase
      I spoke to CS (phone#) on the item box yesterday, set delivery and install for next day. They showed up @ 0900 with water heater and shut off valve (FM code), installed it within 2 hours. They hauled off the old heater no problems (Yet...). HD offered 5 additional years warranty for $70. Keep in mind my WH is in the attic, and this is why I did not DIY this time.

                  Returning an Item?
                  I’ve been using this store out of necessity for over 15 years when I work in the area because it’s the only place around to get tools and materials on this side of Flowermound. Every single time I try to return something at this store receipt or no receipt (lifetime warranty on Husky hand tools) the associate always has an attitude or won’t do the exchange. I just risked coming here again after boycotting it for a long time and guess what? Same rude customer service at the CS desk. Without fail they always giving me grief about exchanging items that NO OTHER STORE IN THE. METROPLEX DOES! Horrible. At this point it has to be the store GM and his style of training and leadership along with Richard in the CS department. Never again! I’ll drive the extra 15 min or 6.1 miles and go through the 15 or so traffic lights before giving this place a shot again.
