The store was clean and the products I needed were in stock. The salesman was very helpful and informative. The cashier was very helpful and helped me although I was in the self checkout line.

This Home Depot is awesome!! The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful!!! I chose to drive an hour to purchase a garage door from this particular Home Depot because of the friendly phone conversations I had with their employee, Dan. I look forward to getting my new garage door installed soon!! Thanks Dan for all your help!!

Always have what I need and at a good price. I have had long discussions with knowledgeable employees on the projects I have worked on all summer and look forward to more.

My wife and I will do our shopping at the South Charlotte store or order on line! The associates were rude and ignored me when I needed help! The manager that used to be here must be gone, it wasn't like this before!

bought 4 set LG kitchen appliances in 2/2020. Associated promotion offers were difficult to obtain through multiple phone calls to store, corporate & LG. Over 5 months everyone associated w/ these LG appliance promotions were unhelpful, disinterested & eager to pass the buck to another associate. Plain & simple, nobody cared if i ever got the promotions i originally was supposed to receive upon purchase of LG 4 piece kitchen appliance set.One last attempt, i was able to speak w/ Victor McKay , MATTHEWS Store #3602, he was the only one who helped resolve! Nice to finally have a sympathetic & caring manager to assist. He offered resolution & ensured i was satisfied w/ the outcome. Promote him now!

This store is extremely clean and everyone is conscientious about safety. We went to buy a new refrigerator and the associate who helped us actually worked in the carpet department but went above and beyond to help us because the appliance person was busy assisting other customers. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Always am able to find whatever I need at the Matthews, NC Home Depot.

Employees in this store rock! They enjoy their jobs, smile and walk you to the item, they know their merchandise. Even under the worst and most stressful of circumstances, they hold it together. Associates searched "hi and lo" the other day to find me hand sanitizer and located 2 for me! A month or so ago our grill was delivered and it was not the right item, but we had a replacement within 48 hrs! Now that's service! In these hard times, we are thankful for first responders AND also hard working employees at stores like HD who have been working overtime to serve our needs. THANK YOU JUNE, PAUL and your 2 muscle men who loaded frig into my car in pouring down and cold rain! Hope you enjoyed the Nothing Bundt Cake sweets !!

Excellent service in all areas and the store was clean and product aisles were well labeled from all directions.

I purchased 30 bags of pine bark mini nuggets and asked that someone help me load them into my truck. The cashier stated that she would have someone help but after waiting some time I loaded them myself. I have a disability and needed help.

This Home Depot Store has plenty of associates to assist customers.

On my survey, I accidentally put very uncomfortable about being in the store during Covid 19, when I meant to say Very Comfortable, but I was unable to go back and correct it. I think they are going above and beyond the call of duty to make customers feel safe. I saw lots of employees cleaning and wearing masks. Will be back!

Went to Home Depot today and love the customer service from the minute i walk in the store and the gentleman at front make me feel welcome by thanking me for my visit and the help at the garden center as well at the self check out register.

This store has an excellent garden and plant supply.

If you have an issue, ask for Rosa, the assistant manager. I had a terrible experience we with another manager and an employee in the plumbing Dept. She redeemed this store for me. Your experience will depend on who you talk to because there's no consistency of service levels in the store. Some were rude and dismissive while others like Rosa, the service desk person and cashier were kind and very helpful.

Rosa the Assistant Sales Manager is outstanding!!! She shows care and concern and immediately took control and handled an important item I needed! If you need something done or a question answered go see Rosa!! She knows her stuff!!! Thank you Rosa for caring!!! You're the best!!!

Linda in the garden center is fabulous! Go see her for any of your planting needs. She’s so pleasant, friendly, and helpful!

My family is new to Matthews and to North Carolina. We love shopping Home Depot and we’re happy to see that the Home Depot’s in North Carolina are just as great! Staff is friendly and approachable. They take initiative. We have been able to get in and out quickly.

I was looking for unusual, hard to find drawer pulls for two antique dressers. Rosa brought me to a computer and took the time to help me find very close replacements. She was terrific. I'm not great on computers, I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars, but I was treated like I was their best customer.

Rosa and Randall have gone over and beyond to help me buy my grill. I would Recommend this Home Depot to anyone. They went over and beyond to Find the best deal possible. Thank you Randall and Rosa!

The whole store was absolutely on point. The cleanliness, availability of products and the friendliness and professionalism of all of the associates that we encountered was beyond compare. Primarily though, we interacted with Linda G., she was and absolute rockstar.

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were extremely helpful. Janet in flooring was awesome. She helped explain in detail the carpets and padding and made great recommendations. Janet was very friendly, helpful and thorough. She is the reason we chose to use Home Depot for our flooring needs

Attention Orchid Fanatics: This store was full of large size phalaenopsis orchids ("moth orchids") when I looked at the garden center! (january 11 2020) This one store had a diverse selection of orchid colors. I didn't need assistance as this garden center in this store was clean and easy to navigate. I specifically looked for orchids grown and shipped in bark chips or coconut husk as I had bad experiences with orchids potted and shipped in sphagnum moss (the moss cuts off oxygen to the root systems). This garden center was loaded with orchids all potted in bark chips. I got a leopard spotted orchid for 10 dollars, a great deal. Orchid lovers, watch this garden center for interesting color orchids.
