The first place I go for great ideas, home and garden improvements and repairs is The Home Depot. Great prices. inventory, and courteous personnel - always add up to a great and project getting done !!

I had help from 3 employees, they all took me to the products I was looking for. Customer service helped me when I called in the AM and they were also very friendly and professional. When checking out, the cashier was friendly and efficient. Nice to do business with a company where the employees like their job and want to work.

I was able to get 5 bag of brown mulch for a good price

Everyone very helpful--from Customer Service (for picking up Mobile Orders) to Garden Center (helping me make sure both pots of impatiens were same colors).

I purchased these items today and looking foward to using them

The young man that got the paint from top shelf for me and answered my questions, showed such manners. The young lady that assisted me with applying for credit card was just as friendly and professional

Upon my visit today I was informed that there will be an extra fee to cut wood that's purchased from the store. I purchase 3 pieces of pine wood and needed them cut to specific measurements and was charged an extra $2 to do so.

I purchased a Lawn mower, a terrific Blower, and an Edger and everything I saw looked brand new and I wanted to go home and purchase all of the things that I saw in person.

Do not buy a appliance at this store…. It will be your fault if it is not delivered on time.

The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is b/c of the young lady who helped me tonight. Nicole helped me when no one else offered to. I was looking for water hoses for my washer machine & when I asked the first young lady for help, she looked as if she didn’t wanna be bothered. The young men she asked to help me find them only told me where they were, which was the wrong location for them. Ms. Nicole must have heard me talking to my sister b/c as soon as I got on her aisle, she not only asked me what I needed help finding, but she also took me straight to what I was looking for. Even tried to help me find a better bargain for the hoses, but I told her I was fine with what she helped me find.

Sales associate was very helpful and helped me find what I needed and helped me put it in a cart. Offered to put it in my car but I was able to do that myself.

I have enjoyed my visits to Home Depot during this pandemic,it gave us a chance update our home and help kept us sane during the lockdown. Products were always in stock & enough quantities, thx you for your diligence during these times.

This is my third time to enter the following information: I initially shopped this Home Depot Sunday night, May 09, 2021 to acquire information regarding kitchen renovation. i was told that evening to return tomorrow night; which I did all to no avail. I was then told to return Tuesday morning; which i did all to no avail and was advised to return Thursday evening; which I did all to no avail. And I was again advised to return Friday evening; finally, I met with a home depot rep regarding Kitchen renovation:)

Shopping at Home Depot has always been an awesome experiences. The atmosphere is a welcoming feeling. Because of the store cleanliness I feel valued as a customer. When the employees go the extra to help me to find a product it makes me feel extra special with a hug. Checking out is a piece of cake with icing. I love shopping The Home Depot. EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVES

Home Depot and their contractors dropped the ball on my carpet installation . They were not sympathetic to the occasion at all .They called me after hours on Sunday scheduling an installation for 2 days later after the carpet was already 10 days late, then called after hours the day before the installation to cancel and reschedule for 12 days later,mind you my house is in disarray . My beds were already broke down and my excess furniture moved into the living areas of the house leaving us sleeping on the floor the night prior to install . The staff was very unprofessional and hostile . I thought highly of Home Depot . I plan to cancel my line of credit and go to Lowe’s . I Will not return to this location.

The best "greeters" in the business who always welcome you in with a smile and kind words; I feel like I just walked into a dear friend's house. The store is clean and the employees friendly. I love this place.

The customer service upon entering and exiting the store is first rate. Everything on sale is usually in stock unless sold out. The store is clean, well organized and customer friendly. All items on my shopping list were in stock.

I was able to find the product I wanted and recieved the above average customer service I needed in locating said item.

This is by far the best run store in the metropolitan Montgomery area. The online inventory counts are accurate, customer service is better and what I need is usually in stock.
