EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVES

Home Depot and their contractors dropped the ball on my carpet installation . They were not sympathetic to the occasion at all .They called me after hours on Sunday scheduling an installation for 2 days later after the carpet was already 10 days late, then called after hours the day before the installation to cancel and reschedule for 12 days later,mind you my house is in disarray . My beds were already broke down and my excess furniture moved into the living areas of the house leaving us sleeping on the floor the night prior to install . The staff was very unprofessional and hostile . I thought highly of Home Depot . I plan to cancel my line of credit and go to Lowe’s . I Will not return to this location.

The best "greeters" in the business who always welcome you in with a smile and kind words; I feel like I just walked into a dear friend's house. The store is clean and the employees friendly. I love this place.

The customer service upon entering and exiting the store is first rate. Everything on sale is usually in stock unless sold out. The store is clean, well organized and customer friendly. All items on my shopping list were in stock.

I was able to find the product I wanted and recieved the above average customer service I needed in locating said item.

This is by far the best run store in the metropolitan Montgomery area. The online inventory counts are accurate, customer service is better and what I need is usually in stock.

This store is always clean and orderly. ALL of the employees are friendly and helpful. They always have good selections and the employees are good about making suggestions when I am undecided.

We always have a great experience when we are shopping at this location. Some of the associates that make Our time here are easier are Chaquita and Wes. They definitely go out of their way to help us get the items that we need and get out quickly so that we can go to the job. Excellent customer service

Great Customer Service! Kitchen Designer Connel Towns was able to assist me with all my kitchen and bathroom needs.

The store cashier, Alexandra, hold peoples places in line while they walk off to do other things and say that you need to do the good thing and let ladies go first

This store had what I needed in stock; but, it was slow in getting assistance while contemplaing a purchase of yard equipment. Probably need additional staff.

Usually dread going to stores like these but they were friendly and willing to help. They also knew something about the products in their department. I'll go back.

Their enter and exit rules are bull. They make you walk around the world to get out of the store. I know of no other store that does this. It is very hard on older people

Store associates are always helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the stock levels for this store is usually sufficient for my general hardware product needs for the home and outdoors.

Store was not clean or organized. Employees are rude and don't know what they are talking about. The chem out clerk was great and very kind.

Overall during this time our nation is dealing with the Coronavirus everyone was very friendly & helpful. They all had smiles on their faces & was extremely very helpful. We got amazing assistance when we entered the door. My husband & I was able to find excatly what we were looking for. The store was very clean
