Usually dread going to stores like these but they were friendly and willing to help. They also knew something about the products in their department. I'll go back.

Their enter and exit rules are bull. They make you walk around the world to get out of the store. I know of no other store that does this. It is very hard on older people

Store associates are always helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the stock levels for this store is usually sufficient for my general hardware product needs for the home and outdoors.

Store was not clean or organized. Employees are rude and don't know what they are talking about. The chem out clerk was great and very kind.

If you are in need of some people person customer service look for Enycia. She is a dynamic worker!

Overall during this time our nation is dealing with the Coronavirus everyone was very friendly & helpful. They all had smiles on their faces & was extremely very helpful. We got amazing assistance when we entered the door. My husband & I was able to find excatly what we were looking for. The store was very clean

I purchase stressed homes and remodel them at my own pace. I change everything. I turn the house into a brand new home. That means spending tens of thousands of dollars. By purchasing the materials from Home Depot I save considerable amount of money. You always can find what you are looking for. Customer service is excellent. Returning merchandise is a breeze.

I had a Great Visit to this Home Depot Location. All Personnel were attentive and graciously assisted when I had a question or needed Direction to a product.

This HD is worse than most. Store manager Ricky De La Garza totally dropped the ball, and his employees are just as incompetent. I've had it with this chain, and this is easily the worst store with which I have had to deal — and I have dealt with tens of them from mid-twon NYC, to Los Angeles, to TX.

The appliance staff were very helpful, and seemed eager to help us, and answer all questions we had. We appreciate the staff for giving us a very good experience with our purchase, and we will be back for our next purchase.

Lakisha is an excellent sales associate. She could teach a seminar on what excellent customer service looks like. She helped me with my extra shopping after I bought my dryer. Since I use a walker, that small kindness was special to me. My many thanks to her.

Friendly environment

The store is always neat and clean. Store colleagues are always willing to assist and offer assist when they see me looking around puzzled. Very professional staff. I have NEVER experienced a bad colleague at this store and I shop various times do to my own busy schedule. I condemn Management for setting high standards and coaching their staff to achieve these high standards as well.

Definitely my favorite Home Depot in the area. I'm a contractor, so I visit this store almost daily. (Sometimes multiple times a day.) Joyce is one of the friendliest and most helpful employees here.

Tried ordering a washing machine online but I live outside the delivery area. I went to the store and an associate helped me order it to be shipped to the store for me to pick up. I thought all went well until the delivery guy called me from a Wal-Mart parking lot, explaining to me that he could not deliver to a parking lot. It was then that I realized the home depot employee had added the Wal-Mart address as the delivery address instead of the home depot store. I spent 5 hours on the phone with employees from other stores because the employees at store# 0883 on Eastern Blvd would not answer their phones. The next day I had to go online and cancel my order (I was also over-charged for). So after waiting a week and dealing with all this nonsense I still don't have a washer. Absolutely insane. Hire people who ACTUALLY work for their paychecks! Set an example how customers are suppose to be treated!

I like having the self checkout versus the long lines with one cashier like at adjacent stores. I don't like that there are numerous material carts lined up in the building materials section with items "stored" on them where they impede customers from getting to the items they need without pushing them out of the way.

The staff is always friendly! Either someone simply speak or someone is asking if you need assistance! That goes a long way for me, as I am a person that will usually try to find everything on my own; walking up and down isles! So just offering that assistance even when it's not asked shows a lot about the employees!

Just because this one experience was bad doesn't mean that all my experiences have been bad. Normally this location is on the ball. Maybe holiday rush was the issue

This was the best Black Friday experience ever for me! We were welcomed at the door with a breakfast! The deals were right in front of the store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didnt have to wait at checkout , associate opened a register for me. Store was overall clean. Ya'll nailed it!
