This store has more staffing then other stores, if you need help they are always around to help you out. Very friendly to help find what you need.Check out is great and fast no waiting in line forever.

I have already written about Eleanor, and had spoken with one of the store managers when I was in there. She was thorough and conscientious. Too bad more employees aren't like that.

Anthony went above and beyond for me today. I had a bathroom fan that need to be replaced and he spent over 45 minutes helping me. He also asked to help me which was very nice. I couldn't have had better customer service! Please thank him again for me.

Store was clean, found products I needed. Cashier was rude and did not know how to lookup concrete pavers and told me I would have to step out of line and go back to get a picture of the sku, I asked if there was another associate that could help and he told me no

Associate in plumbing was overtly rude. I had the audacity to ask questions to make sure I didn't walk out the door with the wrong part. Dude, I'm not stupid. I'm just not a plumber. So sorry to have disturbed you. I guess they only want pros to shop in their store.

Make sure to visit Brad in the garden department. He is an incredibly kind man - very helpful and he went above and beyond to hep me when I lost my credit card. He even looked under my car for me and then he went the extra mile to secure the propane I purchased.

The store is the best at Speen st Natick , very organized and all the employees are happy and friendly!

The main service desk is stocked with knowledgeable staff who can answer all your questions. Fred in Plumbing is excellent and is always happy to share his knowledge with you as long as you pay attention. Hector in Outdoor equipment such as Snowblowers, Lawnmowers, Barbecue Grills etc can sell you the best machine to suit your needs, and David who seems to be everywhere can steer you in the right direction and answer all your questions.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This was just my latest experience: I placed an online order and went to pick it up when I got my email saying it was ready. When I got there I went through the online system and also called the phone number listed on the parking spot but was never attended to. After about 20 minutes of waiting outside, I then had to go in the store only to find out that they had lost my order. This was after going behind the pro desk counter on two different occasions to help different staff members search for it at unsafe distances. I was given a store credit as a part of my refund for a gift card I had used and found out I couldn't use it online. So after finding out store credit cannot be used online, I have to go back to have them fix it, which they can't do. I also had the privilege of watching one employee berate another employee for telling him that she could change the store credit to a gift card. After the assistant manager figured out my order was magically put back on the shelf, he proceeded to pat me on the back in the middle of a pandemic. Absolutely gross. When I get back home, I find that once I open my item, it is danaged. I purchased a door and the panel fell off of it. It was never glued on or it was beat up when they were putting it on the shelf. So now I have to go to the store a third time to return my item and exchange it. When I go in exchange it, I find the last door on the shelf is also damaged as it is falling apart as well. I have reached out to the store manager on numerous occasions and am still waiting. This store is a disgrace. The staff are also not helpful or not nice, and the front of the store is cluttered with merchandise that makes it impossible to keep a safe distance. At some points you cannot even get a cart through. I hope the manager reads this and reaches out...

Use caution when going through the self check out! They use hand wand scanners which require each customer to handle the wand to scan each item. They DO NOT disinfect after every use. The store assistant manager, Mike, was belligerent when this was brought to his attention and his excuse was "I'm shorthanded, we're in the middle of a pandemic!" Gee, I wonder why? Incidentally, there was a full time person manning 3 out of 4 stations in service, so not shorthanded. He also said my other alternative was to stand in a line at the cashier, or not shop at that store. Self serve check outs and cashiers are for the public to decide where and how to check out, not management's policy to decide for them based on public health concerns.

Although the store was clean and I found what I was looking for because I had asked during my last visit, the issue began before I even started to shop. After returning my incorrect items, I started to go shopping however remembered that I needed to get the lawn bags that I forgot during my last visit. As everyone knows the lawn bags are normally at the entrance and if you forget to grab them there, chances are you won't see them again during your visit. Anyhow, when I went to grab them the security guard immediately stepped in front of me and said this isn't an exit. I asked him how did he know I was exiting and he stated because you were walking this way. I said okay, shook my head, stepped around him and grabbed the bags and also said to him, you should have asked. He said "I don't have to ask" I responded that he should. I believe at this point we all know that there is only one way in and one way out. If it's going to be a problem for people to grab items near the entrance, the items should be removed as it's poor customer service to have items there to then stop people and make assumptions.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A PARTICULAR ITEM TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF IT FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES SO THAT ONE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALS CAN GIVE YOU BETTER ASSISTANCE. IF YOU DON'T SEE ONE NEARBY GO TO THE HELP DESK AND THEY WILL PAGE SOMEONE TO ASSIST YOU.

Do not expect to find matching nuts, bolts and washers. 3 consecutive times they were not in stock for standard sizes.

GREAT service and special attention when we had a problem with 2 major appliances that did not work upon arrival. Easily replaced within the necessary time limit for returns (48 hours) and friendly and helpful of them to call the company and organize replacement.

Peggy at the checkout is the heart of the contractor area and always goes the extra mile to make your day

Ahmad provides excellent customer service, very helpful. I dropped my washers and he helped pick them up. Very quick cashing me out did not have to wait. Excellent customer service

Plumber is mean and yells at people, most employees ghost you and walk away

Big store, stuffed with Christmas gifts

Whenever I am attempting a project and I'm not quite sure how to do it, I ask a specialist in that area. Frequently I have been remodeling one of my bathrooms and I try to find out when Fred is working. I have many questions to ask Fred and he often draws me a plan showing me what to do and what to use. I have learned not to interrupt Fred when he is trying to help you, so take my advice and ask your question and then just pay attention and listen. He will walk you through the department and select the items you need providing you know what size pipes you have in your home.
