Dog trainers allowed to bring dogs in which started fighting on the isle I was on

I went looking for products that took me to different departments. All of the sales associates were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help find what I was looking for.

I have had very friendly and knowledgeable persons helping me.

Patrick at paint asked me for my phone number at this location bought paint at countless other Home Depot stores and never been asked this. Thank you Patrick! I will bever have to paint a WHOLE WALL again because I can’t remember the color. SERIOUSLY! Mind blown! I’d like to think I was a fool for not knowing this as general knowledge but at the same time come on other Home Depot locations! GET ON PATRICKS LEVEL!

The stores are always clean well lit and well-stocked. Lots of helpful friendly people that are ready and able to jump in and help me find what I'm looking for and help load my vehicle for me if I get something that is too heavy for me.

Just wanted to shout-out John H at checkout. He was very friendly and showed real interest in getting to know me as a consumer. Thank you, John!

I have never seen such great service provided at a Home Depot. Connor was in the self checkout aisle assisting every single customer that came to get through the checkout process at least twice as fast.

Connor was incredibly helpful & efficient. He organized a small team to help load a pallet into our truck. He also went out of his way to ensure we received the best possibly pricing on the flooring we purchased. The service we received at this store is the reason we chose to purchase at this location.

We were greeted witha smile and the young man even conversed with my husband, who has Alzheimer's, making him feel good. Inside the same another young man took time to listen even though he was saying the same things twice. It really is special when young ones show respect and interest in our older ones.

Shawn and Erin were awesome in helping me find a pack out mounting plate that was hidden high on a shelf and not on the floor. Always great customer service at this store compared to others I frequent in the area. Willingness to help was above and beyond.

The employees always go out of there way to help with what ever you need and the store is stocked and kept nice and clean

Delores in flooring was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Also, on another visit Jace was very helpful and patient.

Found what I was shopping for at this location, (Ring doorbell, camera, and lighting. Michelangelo and Connor were exceptional in their customer service and work ethic. It was a pleasure doing business at this Home Depot location.

Bought a water heater in 2016 that was ruined from a water leak. The leak was caused by a gasket leak on the upper heating element. I took it back to my Home Depot after receiving authorization from Rheem, but it was too late in the day for the customer service personnel to check with Rheem. I was allowed to leave my old one and purchased a new one on my Home Depot credit card. This morning I went back to home Depot to finish the transaction. The return Cashier refunded the new purchase and the re-sold the new purchase after giving me credit for the one I had returned the night before. All three employees that worked with me on the exchange were excellent with great personalities and people skills.

Employees seem to genuinely like one another and they collaborate very well to 100% satisfy their customers.

This Home Depot has staff everywhere and then every department to actually know what they’re talking about . Everywhere.

Shaun and Juan are awesome!! They located the product high up on the top shelf and grabbed a forklift to bring the product down which then allowed my children to pick out there very own misters fans which came in handy at the Arizona State football game as it was well over 100 degrees and made it enjoyable for the kids because they kept cool with the misting fans

Kortland helped me find the lumber and he cut it to the lengths I needed. He was able to help others while I was there too and was very easy to talk to and was patient. What rare qualities for people these days. He’s helped me in the past as well.
