How do I fix drafty doors?
If you have cold air seeping in under the door, you'll want to fix it to prevent higher heating bills and keep your house cozy. When a house settles unevenly, pieces that once fit snugly can go off-kilter. Gaps can form around the sides of doors or the thresholds may loosen with time. Fill the space with weather stripping or foam tape, and caulk any cracks in the wooden door frame. If you're still feeling drafts around the door, place an insulated fabric door snake along the ground.

What are good wintertime DIY projects?
In colder climates, it's challenging to work outdoors. However, a chilly day that's above freezing may be a good time to rake leaves or give the mulch in the garden a stir. Some time cleaning the basement, shed, or garage will pay off when the weather warms. You won't have to replace lost hand tools because you can find what you've got. Polish up the tools, clean the rest of the house with cleaning tools, and you'll be ready when spring has sprung.

How can chainsaws help with yard and tree cleanup?
When the weather warms, clean up unwanted garden debris. A Ryobi chainsaw can help this job go quicker than it would be by hand. Check that the chain is oiled, sharpened, properly tensioned, and all the safety mechanisms are working on your electric or gas chainsaw. Then once you've refreshed your chainsaw knowledge, you can get to chopping off fallen branches and cutting out tangled garden vines.

Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?
Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to order your kit.

Great coverage and adhesion
We are remodeling our RV and used 123 bonding primer and the bear paint and primer. Both worked well and we have not had any issues with peeling up to this the point.

Great store to go for flooring!
I had never remodeled flooring before. There are so many choices. The employees at HD have the knowledge and expertise to make the selection process easy, especially for someone who hasn't had much experience. They're generous with their time, and the Superstition Springs store has samples to take home, making choosing much more simple. I can hardly wait to get this project underway. Thank you, Kevin.

            Closest to my home
Overall, I'm generally happy with this home depot, especially given it location. It's a smaller store and doesn't always have what I need and the customer service is better in some areas than others. Electrical in particular is excellent. Plumbing leaves a lot to be desired and lumber is satisfactory. I prefer the Apache Junction store over this store for having better stock of items.
