This store has always had better service than most and many of the associates have been helping me there for years so they clearly have very low turnover. I could not say enough positive about this store and the people who work there

They always have people to help with anything I am looking for. The employees are always willing to help find the item that I need. They are willing to load things in my truck because I am a short little old lady. They always put it by the tail gate so it is easy to get out. The store is clean and when something is spilled it is cleaned up immediately. Thank you for training your employees to be friendly and helpful.

Generally, meh. The staff are friendly and helpful, usually, but the store is strangely positioned at the back of a strip-mall sort of shopping center, with awkward access and a cramped parking lot. The garden center is shoehorned into a corner of the parking lot, and the tool rental is on the back side of the building, which is quite difficult to access. I'm SO not a fan of this or the North Raleigh location on Capital Blvd, which suffers similar access problems. One has to wonder if that was part of their site selection process.

I have called other home-improvement stores to find out if they had items in stock, and I either got lost or accidentally hung up on. Or it took an extra long time for them to come back. I was very pleased with the customer service I received at the store.
