VERY HELPFUL FLOOR REPS.

I made a purchased online for in store pickup. The items i ordered turned out not to be in stock even though online it had a certain amount left. I was offered different substitutions that worked perfectly, maybe even better after my plants were planted it looks very good. The employees here are helpful, informative and courteous, especially during the pandemic. Kaitlyn for the in store pickup has great customer service. She really went out of her way to perform her duties. I would recommend this store based on the customer service, ive rented trucks, to the garden center, always helpful and respectful, even when i have my silly questions.

Ask for Carl Schmidt in paint, he's the best employee at this store that I've encountered.

We prefer to go to this store, even though there are several other Home Depot stores about the same distance from our home. We like the employees and we almost always are able to find what we need. We’ve been shopping at this location for over 30 years!

I love this Home Depot location. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I can usually find what I need fast thanks to them. The shelves are mostly always stocked to the max and at the same time are kept clean and organized. This is the best Home Depot location I’ve ever been to and it is also the closet to my house.

The team at this store is doing there part to protect their customers and employees. They have implemented several safety measures during COVID-19 that help us feel safe. They are also very helpful and courteous. When I could not find a product, I felt confident the team member who assisted me was going to do his/her part to ensure I was helped. I definitely recommend this store!

Best experience ever at our first trip to this store today. We were greeted just after entering the store by the assistant manager,Kaitlyn. She asked if we needed help and since we did, immediately helped us find the batteries that we needed. Since we had several other items we wanted to purchase, she told us exactly where to locate them by aisle number and area. then she suggest the direction to take allowing us to reach each location easily and not have to wander through the store. We were able to complete our shopping in a short amount of time. I recommend going to this Home Depot for your best shopping experience. Clean, well stocked and easy to navigate store and parking lot.

The worst customer service experience I had! I bought a refrigerator and the installation company was horrible to work with. They did not delivered my appliance at the time they were supposed to deliver it then I didn’t hear anything for a week. It’s been two weeks and I don’t have my refrigerator or money. I waisted so much time and money charged I. Interest on some thing I don’t have.

I like this store because it is close and also not too huge where you get lost.

I wandered in for a last minute Christmas gift and found the holiday merchandise was 50% off. Not wanting to pass up a bargain, I asked about the last Rudolph figure and Brayden came to the rescue. He was kind, patient and did what he needed to do to get the job done. It required some brut strength (and, I'm sure it was annoying), but, he never let it show. He's an amazing asset to the store! He gets my vote for most helpful associate of the year!

Received awesome service from the Assistant Manager, Kaitlyn. She processed our order, explained the ins & outs of both the extended warranty and the delivery itself. When there was a problem at the checkout, she stayed with me until it was all straightened out - which took about 45 minutes total. She made a firm customer out of me! I will only use this Home Depot for all of my needs!

This Home Depot is the best when it comes to finding home goods n project tools. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, n very helpful. Especially when you go ask for Monique. She will treat u like a VIP. She was n is the best.

Went shopping for replacement washer and dryer. Home Depot was the FIRST and last of our stops. We found a great variety of merchandise and different prices for us to consider. Our associate, Josh, was right on the spot. Full of information and assistance. We would shop again looking for Josh to assist us with any purchases. Found what we wanted and checked out seamlessly.

I received excellent customer service at this store, I had 2 sales associate help me unload some returns and load the materials and they did it with a pleasant attitude and a smile on they're face. Thanks for the help!

Friendly. efficient and Accommodating

Just bought a new dishwasher. The store experience was great and prices were reasonable! The installation process was terrible. I ended up having to call a plumber to do the job Home Depot should have done. I highly recommend the store. I highly discourage anyone from using the add-on installation service. I'll also be replying on YELP.

I was able to find everything I needed quickly. Department associates were available for answers and cashiers were very helpful in helping me with my purchases.

One particular employee at this Home Depot location, Marty ("the One Man Party"), was extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend people come to this Home Depot and seek assistance from him.
