Clean store Lots of help, Nicest people in the Store

EXCELLENT STORE. CONVENIENT LOCATION. SALES HELP GREAT!

My wife sent me on an errand to find her a step ladder to use in her office to access top shelves of a storage cabinet. She gave me a budget of $50 and was OVERJOYED when I found exactly what she wanted for less than $22. Thanks Home Depot for the "Brownie Points" I earned from my wife!!!

I entered the store after I purchased an item online and was going to pick it up. The store was a nice store by Roosevelt field mall. It was a good Home Depot. I went during the weekend at noon and the employees were smiling and being helpful.

Kory, who works in the lumber department was knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Great attitude!

My wife and vI isited this store on many occasion, but on this day we visited the bathroom fixture department where there was an array of items. we bought 2 toilets and 2 vanities. we then went to the door department. where we plan on buying new doors for our home. the service manager Ron was outstanding.

He took the time to actually understand and help!!

The first person they sent to electric had less knowledge than me. Once I met Freddy in another area I finally got the help I needed. What a wealth of information, knowledge and truly cares about the customers. Find Freddy if you want your questions answered correctly with no run around or bad info.

Today was pro appreciation day. I was greeted with a ham , pasta lunch. I got a hat. I love this place.

Am disabled, needed help with 4 X 40 pound bags of top soil. It was slow time, check out guy Richard put them on dolly, checked me out then put them in my car at entrance. Enough said? Always get get grief at other HD #1213 in area

Probably the best Home Depot on Long Island. Every time I visit the associates are friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and the location of the products. Store is well maintained and always clean. Pleasure to shop there.
