I went in to pick up the contractor outlets and switches and they were easy to locate and the store had enough stock on the shelves. Also the store is very well kept and I was able to shop around for future purchases.

Waited about 10 minutes to checkout mid day on a weekday. Only 3 or 4 people checking out. No employees were checking people out. Very inefficient.

Stock is often picked over & merchandise becomes idisorganized by contractors and day laborers. Especially nursery stock and lumber. Disappointing because this location is convenient for me.

People at the register, gave attitude to the latino community

Although i this location is further from my home, It always is less congested than the nearest location and has everything I'm looking for

Everytime I go here, I am able to find what I need. If not, an associate is able to help my find it since the store is smaller than other home depots. Sometimes they don’t always have the same stock as the bigger Home Depot for example: Cedar wood.

I have been able to grow a plush and vibrant lawn I am proud to walk barefoot on because of the advice and direction given to me by Randy. His knowledge and patience as well as professionalism deserves 10+ stars. Randy treats me like a family member. He greets me when I come to the store. He asks if there is anything else I need. Randy is an A1 class act. Thank you, Randy. I can no longer see him there because he relocated, yet he stays in contact with me via text or calls if I need gardening help.

1 to 2 of the Home Depot could not get my patio set delivered went to Raceway and it took over an hour, but it got done

I came in for a simple propane tank exchange and waited 40min only to ask for a refund and have to leave because nobody came to help even after being called twice. Customer service was unhelpful.. Basically evryone just shrugged shoulders and said nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous

So I went to the Raceway store for a few items and ended up purchasing a Nexgrill that was on sale. Had a great price. Great customer service today by two employees, Losario On the floor and Carline At the register. Both of them assisted in bringing out the big box and helped to make it fit into the trunk of my SUV all done with a smile on their face and a hug to finish it off! Always great service at the store.

I have been coming to this home depot even tho the elmont home depot is closer. it is very clean organized and the people are very polite . customer servise department is great. i dealt with Rachel and Carline there fantastic

I bought flooring today and more amazing than the floor was the person that helped me Mr champ is his name the best help I have seen in long time People like him is needed more in this world so kind so helpful so understanding. Great guy

I often shop at this store and find the Employees especially Ed, to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I fully intend to use this store in the future.

This is the best Home Depot that I have shopped at. The store is so well organized, clean, well lit, and parking lot feels safe. Most importantly, the staff at the store are welcoming, professional & patient and readily available to help. Never felt like I was bothering them with questions.

There is not enough employees and the ones that are there don’t want to help customers they should just close this store

Rude and don’t care for customers

Anne M needs to be fired. She rips open new and unused items without carefully opening them and checking them so that they can be resold. Disgusting. Rips them open like a cereal box, rips the cardboard across like a candy cane swirl. Terrible waste. These items can be resold if they would just be unsealed and checked. DISGUSTING. over and over. the store loses money and this is passed on to us as buyers for this wasted inventory! who hires someone this uncareful and blantantly idiotic--wasteful human without brain.

I bought some fantastic flowerpots.

We just bough beautiful hardwood floors in HD. The associate and manager were extremely helpful starting from providing information and ending the processing the order and payment. We appreciate their assistance and attention, and due to this positive experience, we will certainly return. We have numerous projects outlined in our new house

My father and I went to the Corporate Drive location this evening for the first time. It was one of the best experiences. Amanda Jackson greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this Home Depot location and will definitely be returning there again very soon. Thank you again!

The staff, especially the cashiers, were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. They would guide customers to where their products would be, and they would help customers load their products - going the extra mile.

I had the nicest experience applying for a credit card.

Because of "BOB" in Paints. I have been shopping this store for years and have to write you today regarding an employee by the name on BOB in Paints ( Wears a Cowboy Hat). This Gentleman is a Tremendous asset to The Home Depot. I have been shopping with THD since the beginning in the 80's. There are few employees like BOB around that Knows how to Get the Job Done, and offer's advise that is Spot On. Cherish this man as this type of employee is what makes THD stand above all else.

Waited 40 minutes for someone to unlock the propane tanks after I paid for it. I was stuck waiting. The cashier pages people multiple times and called a supervisor who never showed up. Ill never go back to this store
