I love how I easily can shop at 3 stores, but this one is my favorite. Wonderful employees, knowledgeable and helpful!

I was on a mission to locate an attractive Kohler, small bathroom vanity. I was delighted to find it at the Raceway Home Depot in Westbury! It's beautiful and I can't wait to have it installed.

Pleasant personnel. They helped me out.

We had the best experience at the corporate drive location with Rita from the flooring dept. She noticed us in the appliance dept. and asked if we needed help. Rita informed us of the sale that was going on during our visit, We only went to look that day to price the items. Rita went on to sell us a new washer and dryer and made the sale painless and us happy.

I’m getting used to Home Depot having products I need when no one else does. Great to know there’s still a company who has a willing professional staff who can keep the store and to stock the shelves so getting what I need doesn’t take forever or waste my time.

Both the person in the paint department and the cashier were TOP NOTCH at their jobs!

He was patient, complimentary, good-humored, kind, polite, (patient - saying it again for emphasis!) and most of all, he helped me figure out a solution to my problem - when I brought the parts home, everything fit perfectly. Paula found me in the aisle with the blinds and asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and wasn't finding it so she offered to custom order them for me. Then she told me where I could find the other items on my list and rang up my 2 orders so I wouldn't have to wait in line. She was so friendly, helpful, and the conversation we had felt like I was treated as family. She truly went above and beyond and I think that's just how she is as a person. I'm truly grateful for her.

Kat from pro desk is a huge asset to this company you should be proud to have her. I only come in to shop with her cause I know the type of service I will get. You definitely don’t get this type of service anywhere else. The whole team is great and I always leave happy and get the merchandise I need.

I shop here many times during the week.. kat was a great help made sure I got what I needed and wash checked out quickly.. will continue to shop here.

Prices are among the best around and you can find just about everything While not all staff on the floor are helpful they try and when you get the truly knowledgeable staff in A given area, they know what you need, sometimes have better alternate suggestions and know where to find it.

Having purchased keys at another store, I had to return; the keys would not work in the locks. Home Depot is the "BEST" and "GREATEST". My new sets of keys are more than perfect; so incredible; I will continue as a customer for many, many years.

It's not the products as much as the support from the team! I bought 50 trees and the supporting materials, but it was really about Randy and Matt that made it easy to buy at the store without remorse...

Went Mother's Day to buy ceiling lighting to match what she had(an odd shape). The person helping was professional, knowledgeable, asked great questions to understand the issues, and got us to the perfect item quickly. His welcoming/friendly demeanor made getting the help so easy.

Very good service and patient worker

Needed help to lift a heavy product. The closest associate who was on the phone said his back hurt sorry he couldn’t help. I had to lift it myself. Earlier in the day I had been to the the Hempstead store. The item I purchased was 3 for $10 I needed more so I went to the Westbury store to asked for it. They said the item was not at that price. I asked why. The answer was different market. The stores are maybe z5 miles apart. I asked for a manager who agreed with him. I kept protested we walked over to the item only to find out that it was priced at$3.33 each just stupid workers

Returned an unused and unopened product and was accused of taking parts out of the sprayer still all in its original sealed packaging. Customer service was extremely rude and wrongfully accused me of basically stealing. Long time HD customer, I will be looking for other options going forward

This store almost always has what I need and if not they order it. The personal are extremely helpful.

Oreni was one of the rudest employees I have encountered in any Home Depot location. While being spoken down to that I didn’t understand the military discount policy (and the major change it just went through), I was told to “move out of the way” of the self check out until I was able to “figure it out”.
