I had a problem with a pick up order and the cashier and store manager went out of their way to resolve it. They took a lot of time with me, bringing me to various areas of the store to discuss my options, and spending quite a bit of time with me. The manager on duty even stayed late, as her shift was ending, to make sure my issue was resolved. Very pleased with the customer service at this location.

I shop this store several times. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back again

Look for DORIS she is the best. All associates have good knowledge at the time I went.

I love Home Depot, I always recommend Home Depot to my friends, family and neighbors. I’m very pleased with there products. I notice that there plants and flowers are always of good quality.

Lazy employees. They chose to talk instead of assist in the garden center. I had to get my own bags of mulch..

My experience was wonderful and the associates are very friendly and helpful. They got all the answers to my questions, even if they phoned another department for it, and the associate near the self check-outs made my baby giggle. I also like the color of my new washer and dryer. 10/10, will shop again.

Wish I could give it a negative star rating. Every person there was terrible. The last guy was so mean that 2 other customers (that we didn’t know) came up to us and said “I can’t believe he just talked to y’all like that.” I will no longer be going to Home Depot, it may be the closest but worth the drive to not be treated so terrible.

On two separate occasions months apart I have entered this same Home Depot to purchase paint and supplies. Both times the young lady at the paint counter is less than helpful. She really does not seem interested in fielding any questions regarding the product she is selling.

I went to HD on South Blvd. and had great customer service from 3 employees--Joseph, LC and David. Thank you guys so much for helping me pick out wood, cut wood and deliver wood to my car.

Everyone I asked for help did so.Doris told me about the credit card promotion and I saved $25.00.

Some worker here are really friendly but others not so much.... this is the only store that’s like this... other Home Depot’s all employees are really super nice....

After going to the competitor store and waiting to be noticed as a customer, I left. I went to the Home Depot store in Rivergate Shopping Center and was told the item I was looking for was sold out however the associate checked other locations. I went to the South Blvd store was greeted and waited about 5 minutes for assistance. Everyone was courteous and professional. I understood they were helping others so I did not mind the short wait.

Ms Doris, the Cashier was so awesome and sweet!! Her customer service was so appreciated, its so hard to get good service! She even offered me to apply for the HD card, which normally I brush off since it sounds so Sales Pitchy! I accepted coming from her tho, and I'm glad I did. There was also this super lady who helped me in paints, I hate that I didn't get her name, but she explained the different types, and had suggestions for me, she really knew her stuff. She provided great service as well! This is a great store, I'll be shopping here more often, customer service really makes the difference for me!
