The evening I went to this store, only 1 employee had a mask on. Customers were not requested to wear them, so there was only 1 other customer that I saw wearing a mask. Also employees were not very helpful.

The store is always busy, but very well stocked, well organized, and the people are super friendly.

This store is very clean, items are easy to find and fully stocked. This morning, when I entered I was immediately greeted with a good morning. When I made it to the filter aisle I was greeted again. After briefly looking at the items, I was asked by Steve if I needed assistance and was offered help and my received what I needed. As I check out my items Ms. Doris helped me although I had a pricing issue and was immediately assisted. Top notch customer service. And they have a Bell at the Exit door that says to Ring if you received Good Service Today. I absolutely did! Thanks.

I was very impressed by Bonnie and Devin in the home appliance section. Devin helped me narrow things down and Bonnie patiently explained the pros and cons of each product I was looking at! They sold me on the product -- not a hard sale, but an informed one!

I was casually shopping at this location one day, when I noticed they are running a promotion on a free carpet installation with the purchase of carpets. Our carpets have seen better times, so I thought it is a perfect time to upgrade. Luckily, there was a sweet flooring specialist Seleana who helped me to navigate through the process and made my purchasing experience an easy breeze. When I got back the next day to change my selection, Jacob was there too, very very helpful.

It is a good location and it has friendly, helpful sales associates.

Great store, helpful employees who are willing to take time out of their scheduled busy day to help, assist and or direct customers.

Mary went above and beyond to help me find the particular window AC unit I was looking for. When they couldn't locate the one that online said was instock, so called back and went through other possible units I may be able to use and looked to confirm to see if they had one. When looking for a replacement she actually found the one I was looking for on a pallet in an overhead that was actually open box. It was the exact one I needed and I was very grateful!

Awful customer service. The people at Customer Service are not helpful and they do not go the extra mile. Even the employee's on the floor will not help customers. I will definitely be shifting my business away form the Home Depot after this experience.

When you go to the store and you receive help from Dennis you will receive the best service. He is patient, kind, very knowledgeable about the store. He is willing to go above and beyond with helping you.. Our first time ever coming to the store and left feeling great he made the whole experience wonderful. You say it's just a store but it felt more than just a store he was there every step of the way..

We went in to buy a barbeque. We asked for help and someone called for an associate to help us. Dennis came and was very knowledgable and helpful right up to the time we drove away in the home depot truck. Dennis made our barbeque buying experience quick and easy. Thank you Dennis!!

Always Great employees!

I would only give this store a half a star. The employees aren't helpful, give out incorrect info,and then when you go to return the item they deny the return.

Worst store ever.................... the employees are more interested in socializing than helping customer. Store should be closed as it brings Home Depot down.

LOVE THIS STORE

I've had my share of bad experiences in a Home Depot. However, the experience that I got from this location is life changing of my opinions. I had to give a review, because of the respect and attention I've gotten from here.

THE ASSOCIATES WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Great store employees. We went to purchase the outdoor furniture on display as we saw it last week. We went in on Monday, June 17th and looked it over, had some questions. An employee stopped by to help, relaized he did not know the answers, asked Dennis the Garden manager to help us. Very friendly and knowlegable, helped us out, answered questions and made great suggestions, We were ready to purchease, he walked us to check out, then over to shipping and assembly area to get us set up for delivery of the assembled items later this week. Every Employee was first class, had fun and made us geel great about shopping at your South Blvd store. We will be back and recomend to our friends to shop at your store. THANK YOU!!

No one working at the paint counter on Monday 630 PM. I waited at the counter for ten minutes, then found the inside garden worker. He paged for someone in paint, no one showed up. I then walked around the store to plumbing and he found someone that could mix paint. It seems that the store is really short staffed and many of the employees are unhappy.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful staff. I only wish I lived closer to this one so I could make it my regular.

I am concerned that the store policies exclude disabled elderly people. No one should be discriminated against because of age or disability.

This Home Depot has the best plants!
