The store lacked employee's in the aisles to assist customers. Another person in the aisle assisted me and we both commented that this particular Home Depot stinks for customer service.

The staff is friendly and helpful at this store. Both times that we have gone and needed a little extra help to put an item on the roof of our car for transport, one of the associates that were in the parking lot seemed to magically appear at the exact moment that we needed help. We are doing a lot of remodeling and will continue to shop at this store.

Being a former associate myself, it's easy to navigate and self-shop as well as visually check for stock in the overheads and at locations with associated products throughout the store. If I need an associate, I can get one. The atmosphere is still cordial and it's like I never really left... that's a good thing.

I've always like the garden warranty at Home Depot, on Their plants, no ?'s asked.

When coming into the store, you are always greeted and the associates are very helpful. If, they do not know they will find you assistance. The aisles are clean and all items are visible.

Associates were friendly & helpful. Products were in stock. Cashiers are friendly as well.

I was hopeful that I would find an unusual (to me) halogen light bulb. The associate immediately took me directly to the supply location.

This HD is the worst for Customer Service in the aisles. Shelves are usually a mess and stuff is hard to find.

This store had a different setup from other homedepot stores. Because of its building design, electrical was tucked away far back in the recess of the store and the only way I could find it was by the store associates. The store associates is what saves this store. They were very helpful and far friendlier than other home depot stores. That was a plus.

The store was clean. If one associate couldn't help, the associate was eager to get someone to help me. Prices are great at Home Depot.

I went to the paint dept. with My coded paint sticker (from previous purchase), directly to paint associate, He went over picked up, scanned and mixed paint for Me, within 15 mins., it was so easy & fast doing it this way! btw: save any coded info. for future purchases.

During this last trip, I only needed one item. I got help finding it, and exact directions for it's use. The employees are knowledgeable and proficient. Good job, Home Depot!

The store is easy to navigate. One stop home shop. The prices are competitive and the associates are knowledgeable and helpful.

I know my way around the store. i am able to get help if I need it. Everyone who works in the store are very courtious and helpful.
