Over the past year every time I go to this store they are out of what I’m looking for.

Bought paint, lumber and garden supplies. Got good service from Alan at end of my shopping experience. Briana in paint stepping in to fix her partner Sal mistake. Will come into store when needed, will only get paint when Briana is working

This is the best customer service and knowledgeable HOME Depot I have gone to. Despite the not so great area everyone is helpful and respectful and feel like a high valued customer.

This store has some very knowledgeable employees. Which I usually look for when needing answers . The problem with this and all HD stores. Is they are few and far between. Now all they hire are people with no experience and expect them to watch some videos and become experts. A lot are there for the pay only and have no desire to actually learn and be helpful to customers. It's sad but that is the direction of HD. It will catch up to HD . Just like Facebook is dead. HD will soon no longer be the go to store for your home needs. I think it's sad because I loved my job. They have railroaded a lot of good people who had been employees for many, many years to get people who make a lot less. In the end it's going to bite HD in the but. I see it now.

If you want to waste your time and have employees ignore you then go to this location

They can't even keep lumber carts around for you to use. Apparently they have all been stolen, so you're supposed to put lumber on a shopping cart.

Easy to check out and got help loading up

I am a regular here , and I just want to say the employees are always soo helpful and welcoming, they answer all my home build questions!

Michael and the young lady that assisted me on Christmas eve with purchasing the christmas tree made it a quick and efficient process. I appreciate their help very much!

"We have a new store policy. We no longer accept returns of any kind without a receipt, not even for store credit." First of all, we all know the receipts are unreadable within days. I was not able to return any of my merchandise even for store credit (we are talking bags of gravel that I over purchased for my project and some extra lumber). Second, even if you have a receipt, if it's been more than 90 days you only get store credit (extra plastic edging I ordered online so had receipt). If you do store pickup and use the app to check in, well, this doesn't work because they do not check it. You must call them to tell them you're there and expect to call again after another 20 minutes to remind them you're still there. Average pickup time is 40 minutes of sitting and baking in the heat.

I always find everything I need at Home Depot or customer service helps me since I am a 70 year old woman and can use all the help I can get!

I went into the store looking for home improvement supplies and were either ignored or disrespected by multiple employees when I was asking to recieve help in not only the flooring department but especially the painting. A man ignored my questions in the paint department while two employees pretended not to hear my calls for questions for grouting. I kept having to ask or find an employee and noticed being avoided.

I stopped by the San Bernardino store today and found it to be very neat and the associates very helpful

Every time I came here, they always had what I wanted in stock. Not always the case elsewhere.

They deliver building materials for my adu on time,and I'm satisfied for that.

Need help with size of braquet. Gave me suggestions what time of fence was working at gave me ideas for my project

Peter, Manager in the lighting department when above and beyond to assist me finding a vanity light. Took extra time and effort to help.

The store is a disaster! Things aren't in the location that they claim to be on the app. Shelf tags don't match the items that are on the shelf. Boxes on the shelf don't even contain the items that are supposed to be in them.

This store may have some faults but they try there best for being so understaffed although, some days can be really busy and the staff can’t complete a full customer service experience to every guest they definitely make up for it in the care and friendly service of each individual, Jeremiah was one of the most helpful service men Ive met.

The customer service received here was far too amazing not to share. Stacee & Alfred we’re incredibly motivated to provide outstanding customer service. I feel like it’s rare to see that these days. They went above and beyond to make certain I left with what I came for and succeeded! I can’t thank them enough. Seriously, I would go back just knowing I had someone like that looking out for me and my projects. They made all the difference in what could’ve been an epic fail. Thanks so much guys! You’re the best.

This store is always a mess. There are some friendly associates and some that don't care. During a recent visit there were very long lines at the one check stand that was open and the self checkout area. I asked the person at the self checkout area why only two stations were open. She state the the others were broken. I then asked a supervisor the same question and she just told me they were not open right now. At that time there were about twenty people standing in line. I believe this store is allowed to operate this way because it is in San Bernardino. I have been to stores in other areas and they are not run this way.

I always like shopping at this Home Depot, tho some uppity people may choose other cities this is my favorite and the customer service is always available and helpful. And there are laborers available at the end of the street... a bonus

Parking lot always crowded. Carts and Customer Service are both very hard to find.

My visit to this store was helpful and the Cashiers were so helpful. The two woman that help me are 'Danielle and Stacee they were so nice and help so much today.
