I always receive excellent service from the Home Depot in Saratoga Springs NY. I think what sets this store apart from its competition is the quality of the products it offers as well as excellent service.

If you need to buy appliances, I recommend you deal with Andy Smith, Appliance Specialist. The customer service experience that he provided was outstanding. His knowledge, recommendations and time spent with us without rushing was unbelievable.

Dont expect much help here. Its like an old age home. Employees are nice but cant help lift any lumber and just walk by!

Every employee was outstanding! Each greeted us as we entered the store or the department and introduced himself and helped us find exactly what we needed. Betty was outstanding and helpful at the self checkout lanes.

Outstanding customer service reps Christi and Carter; Carl sets the standards for exemplary knowledge and attention to detail in the "flooring department" .

Great selection of items to choose from.

Go here alot. They answer your questions to the best of their ability. Very kind about it.

Was very impressed with the 4 people at the store that helped me today. All were extremely pleasant, helpful and very willing to give me advice. I came away with the impression that it's a super store to head to when I need help.

Appliance installation/delivery leaves little to be pleased with. Three delivery men were not capable of figuring out that an outside door which is right in the kitchen was wider than the front door they were trying to force the appliance thru. Very poor service.

If anyone has the need to purchase lumber from the Saratoga location, ask for an employee by the name of Madison. He is friendly and most importantly helpful. Being a woman and purchasing lumber for a shed can be a bit confusing. He stayed with me from the beginning until the end answering all questions I had. He loaded my cart, and my vehicle. He would not accept a tip stating it was against company policy. The best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you, Madison!

Visited the store in Spring, 2018 (May 2018) and couldn't believe how the store has gone down hill. I observed piles of pallets of merchandise in outside garden; so much so, you couldn't get to the shelves. I'd say the store should consider shutting down for a couple days and re-organize itself and get the pallets in the overheads. I've shopped this store many time in the past, but its now at an all time low.

Great place to shop for all your home improvement goods and employees are very knowledgeable in all departments and will see that your needs are met.

The Saratoga springs store is much nicer then the Clifton park store.workers friendly and very helpful. You will always have my business.keep up the good work.

I went in store for one item, the item I needed had carts in front of it with product on them no one around had to move carts so that I could get to what I needed if they are not going to put items away then why leave them in the middle of the isle this seems to be a very common issue at Home Depot’s. I have shopped at Home Depot around the US during my travels. I only needed 1 item but I had parked at the other end of the store to get back to my vehicle and most of the isles were the same. And I was shopping here at about 11 o’clock sure would be nice to have items put in correct place so this would not happen to a customer that may not be able to move things!

Staff is great and very knowledgeable. Store is neat and organized with plenty of stock on the shelves I needed help with finding the right option for my trailer and the staff exceeded my expectations

If you would like to have a a true wonderful experience this Home Depot will not let you down! Quality at every turn! When and if you have an issue be assured it will be taken care of by one of the best Manager's I've ever come to know!

This is a pretty good home depot, well stocked and the employees are helpful. I have had no trouble with returns. The miter box for customer use is broken and the saws are dull but you can cut your own lengths of some kinds of wood.

Normally I have great experiences at this store with friendly and extremely helpful employees. There are one or 2 that are rude and condisending but most of the time it’s a fantastic experience.

Great store, great staff. Easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. If I had an issue, I sought an employee who offered great advice and was extremely friendly.

This is not the store's issue entirely: Please review "48 hour rule" for appliance delivery; make is clear to customer at point of purchase and to delivery contractor. Customer unable to abide by rule if it is not known and delivery staff do not unwrap product upon delivery. After spending about $3,000 for kitchen renovation, was made to call corporate office to see if I could get a replacement for damaged stove after local manager said he could not help me. (He did say I had a fair point and offered me money off price and seemed apologetic that he could not do more; even said this corporate group handling appliances because of such issues). That was the first time I had heard of the 48 hour rule. I will never buy appliances from home depot again because of this experience. I will go to Lowes next time. You will lose business folks…big time.

Parking and entry are scary. Checkout can be a challenge.
