Who really wants to spend money on plumbing supplies - particularly when you arrive at your summer residence to find that you didn't winterize properly. We were in and out of this Home Depot several (6 or 7) times in the last couple of days and each time we were impressed by the positive attitude of every employee in the store. We were also pleased to find the aisles were clear - not cluttered with extra displays - so it was easy to get through the store and find what we needed. I don't recall ever feeling this good about shopping at a Home Depot.

Everyone from the door to the register was very friendly and asked me if I needed help with anything. I did with paint and the person that was working was so good and knew what he was talking about when it came to what paints and materials needed for the job. Great store.

Looking for a tiny battery that I didn't think I would find on my first try, Home Depot had it. Great selection of paint and paint samples.

They are extremely helpful from the second step inside the store to the time you leave I’ve been going in almost every other day because I’m remodeling my home and in this past few months I could say that they are the best customer service store!!!!

I have been consistently impressed by how helpful the various employees of different departments have been. We do advanced renovations including electrical, plumbing, structural and always need general supplies.

I was looking for a basic power drill and TJ took his time to show me some and answered all my questions. He showed me where other items were located that I needed to go along with the drill.

I went into Home Depot to get moving boxes & supplies. The person who rang me out (Alvin) was SO friendly. We laughed about me being in Home Depot (I work for a competitor) & while counting the gazillion boxes I had. All in all, he was just amazing. What an asset to the team ! Thank you, Alvin!!!

Good place to shop. Staff has a lot of knowledge depending on who you catch and times you go. Thanks for good stuff and help. Try to get more American made products though not Chinese garbage.

I shopped for a washer and dryer on Black Friday. I thought it would be a crazy experience but our sales rep Mike Lynch was AMAZING and made it a great experience for us. He was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect fit for our needs.

I needed a difficult color matched which took some manual computer adjustment. I actually drove further than my closest Home Depot because of a previous experience here in the Saratoga store paint department. If you need someone who can work wonders, ask for Kevin!

Kevin in the painting department was beyond helpful. He educated me on the different options and helped me with my decisions since I am not savy in this particular field. I am very grateful for an employee as helpful as him! Thank you Kevin!!

Very helpful staff and friendlier than Lowe’s!

I am a regular customer at this store and I had returned because I needed more of the Scotts Black Wood Mulch and a method to get it to my home. I worked with Lacey, Greg S, Stephen B, and Greg B and Beth who brought it all together. All the staff were great helping me get what I needed, when I needed it, and the attitudes were outstanding. I was under stress and these folks, especially Beth, set me at ease and did what they could to assist with my situation. Thank you to your team

The store is a great store. One cashier with a rotten attitude makes the store look bad. The woman that cashed my sister and I out had a very rotten attitude. When we arrived at her counter, I said there she is nicely to acknowledge I delt with her before. She scanned one box out of 11 of the flooring and the one other item we had. She asked if I had a Home Depot account and I replied no but have my military ID and showed it to her. She replied with a snotty attitude “at the end”. Then she scanned the other boxes of flooring. After she was done she hit send to get manager approval. I told her the last time I was here I waited 20 minutes for the manager to approve and the guy on the register even called the manager and still nothing. I continued to tell her that I had to walk down to the paint counter where both managers were working on one order and yell at them to get it approved so I can leave. She said “you don’t have to yell at us and you do realize that this is an appreciation from Home Depot”. I told her I do realize that. She then said “people in Europe are much nicer than Americans”. I told her not all of them are. She looked at me and asked “have you ever been to Europe?” I said I have been there many times and for many years. I then told her that if people don’t like America, they should leave. She then said “I am going to Europe because it is much better than here”.
