I have always loved shopping at Home Depot. It's so easy to find what you're looking for and the employees are friendly and helpful. Also the store is very clean.

Main aisle is so cluttered you can't hardly push a cart through! Its 2 weeks before Halloween but most decor is gone. Christmas is all set up though??? Lumber aisle was not well stocked, had to stand on lumber on the bottom shelf to reach the back of the shelf I needed. I have been shopping here for the 13 years I have lived in the area but I don't think it will be my go to anymore.

Sent on an errand for 20-50# bags of concrete not thinking much about it. Employees assisted in finding what I needed, helped me get the product and hand stacked it in the back of my vehicle while doing so being kind and pleasant.

If you want a thorough person to help you at the pro-desk at the Shakopee MN go to Mark K. You will be impressed at how prompt he is to answer your calls and get your orders through in a timely manner. We cannot say enough good things about Mark's customer service skills. He truly wants the customer to be happy and get what they need for their project.

They had what I needed. Parking for contractors could improve, other than that it was a good trip.

LIKE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT BECAUSE IT IS A CLEAN WELL ORGANIZED STORE AND GOOD SERVICE FROM EMPLOYEES

I was in need of a new fridge and during my visit to the store I had a worker who was amazing and answered all of my questions without making me I was wasting their time. Then the worker that took my phone call to purchase the item was also kind and helpful and priced matched the item. It was nice to have such excellent service.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received during a recent visit to the Shakopee store. I got help almost immediately upon entering the store. Got exactly what I needed, and didn't have to lift it once. (It was a very heavy item). It was loaded into my car by the employee who had helped me locate it, an he was as cheerful and friendly as he could have possibly been. I look forward to shopping there again soon.

Shopping at hardware stores can be frustrating if you need assistance. This Home Depot tends to have aware, thoughtful employees that look at customers and ask “Can I help you?” This goes a long way in my book and this morning at this Home Depot I was not disappointed in the least. I had several employee interactions that were appreciated.

This is my go to home improvement store even though others are closer.

We purchased a dishwasher last week and delivery was supposed to be today 10-2, they called and said they would be late - now 4pm -6pm. This is when we learned that we needed to call to schedule installation- we thought it was all to happen at once. When 6:30 came and we still had no delivery, we called. We were told that the delivery was cancelled and asked to reschedule. NO ONE CALLED us. we waited all day for nothing. Our call to customer service didnt help and we were not even able to cancel the order. Worst service we have ever received.

Alex did a great job of helping me with my purchase. Milwaukee is a great product line and Home Depot carries a great inventory.

I brought in some miscellaneous parts that had broken at 6am on a Saturday. Nate (I believe the store manager) met me, let me explain what I needed, then took me directly to the aisle and part. He walked me through a couple options about my part, and wasn't pushing me at all to buy a more expensive item. Super friendly, very knowledgeable! Also as I was leaving, each team member I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed more help.
