4 pieces of lumber totalling $27.52 were not discounted. had i known they wouldn't be discounted, i would have made the purchase elsewhere

I have had wonderful interactions with the majority of the employees. I have only had 2 issues with the interactions, one was with the original person I talked to about doors and one was when there was a problem when I had an issue and had to go to customer service.

I had to reorder because the previous order didn’t meet my requirement

Rented a truck although it was dirty the staff was great. They even allowed an after hours drop off as we were running late.

Worst service ever. Stood there at paint counter for 20 minutes and NEVER acknowledged. Worker even bent down in front of me to adjust him pants and still never said "how can I help you" or"be right with you"!!! Just a joke

Olivia is the best of the best. Very personable, professional and kind. I wish all the stores in the area had managers and leadership like Olivia!

The staff went above and beyond my expectations and even loaded the boards I purchased into my car! Thank you.

Never buy countertops I purchased mine February 25th they were installed today with no back splashes it's not worth your time or energy

Quit a week or so ago to move back to my home state. No complaints on my end, all associates were kind and amazing people to work with and talk with. Management was amazing and stayed on top of things

Made 2 back-back trips to this store to buy mulch. Both times, we had help loading our vehicle. Made the process quick & easy!

I wouldn't have H.D. deliver items if I were you. Arrive late: must be traffic. Not all ordered items arrive: oh well. Communication: yeah, right. I paid extra for priority delivery, and they still couldn't hit the standard 4-hour windows. What a joke.

Paid for delivery, haul away and install of new appliance. Taking a day off to wait for team who spoke no English using translator app said we don't pay for stacking parts which we did. Did not take the old appliance and did not leave the new just took off and marked as "we missed you" unreal. The MOD at the store did not help.

Due to an error by the fulfillment center, only half of the product arrived on time. The HD receiving person noticed the error, informed me right away of the issue, and re-ordered the product. They were able to get the product shipped to arrive within the window of our project construction. When the product arrive at the store, I was called right away so they could make arrangements for me to get the product. I was able to get the product home in time for the plumber to complete the install.

I love Home Depot but hate being stalked to talk about my HVAC system and offering free quotes. Set up a booth and allow people to come to you.

As a small business it is a gift to be able to have store managers that want to help you. Brian Bowman had helped retain my business at Home Depot by help guide me through some customer support with my account.

I have been enthralled with DIY since a child growing up in a family of carpenters and a mother who was not afraid to try home projects. Shakopee is organized, great staff, people who can answer questions and great price options for DIY, gardening, building and appliances. Both my homes had Samsung from here. Thanks for making it easy to feed my desire for home improvement!

I asked for help three different times nobody came over. Finally, I asked for the manager and eventually he came over. If nobody can come over due to whatever reason, communication is the key you could’ve let me known

It seems like I’m always in a little over my head (skills-wise) with many of my home improvement endeavors. Thus, it’s always nice to get some experienced DIY assistance at the Home Depot store in Shakopee. Whenever I reach out for help, I always get the feeling that I’m in friendly local hardware store with the of breadth of products and services that only big-time organization can offer to offer and sustain in the long run. So, thank you for making my day on a regular basis!

We needed to purchase a clothes washer and dryer and the sales rep, Bill, was super helpful knowledgeable and provide excellent information to complete our purchase. A+

Employee went out of their way to be rude before that opened. I was waiting outside patiently and she told me to basically leave and then at 8 told me I had to wait 5 mins longer as the other door opened and let people in

I have been a customer for over 20 years and a fan of their home appliance packages, washer/ dryers, creative home decor, staff to help you chose the correct item or set up a project, garden and landscape supplies and parts.

Anderson windows is my choice for quality along with patio sliders.

I had an issue during check out on my end. The young cashier was very pleasant and understanding while I sorted out issues with my phone. Nice clean organized store. Would be my regular home store if I lived closer.
