I love the place great prices! they always have what I need. the employees are very helpful and nice! I only go to homedepot never lowes!

Home Depot is getting worse and worse as time goes on. It is extremely difficult to navigate the store when their displays and moving equipment are abandoned and clogging the aisles. I feel bad for the Home Depot employees that actually work since I see them moving nonstop. Then there are others just standing around who can't even be bothered to improve the store if dealing with the customers isn't their strength. We had to do our own price check because the self-checkout girl could not be bothered to look up the inventory nor pick-up and callout on her little radio. This was my last trip to Home Depot as now I'll be going another store or just order what I need online.

I had an online order from this store (which is nice because I did not have to go to the store to see if the item(s) needed are in stock!) and Teri, at the Customer Service desk, was extremely helpful in my selection of items I needed to purchase. This store is clean, neat, has plenty of parking, is convenient to get to and is generally well-stocked with merchandise. Highly recommended!

I see the general manager of our store walking the isles and supporting the employees during the day. He is actively involved morning meetings and in the on-goings of customer service. He recognizes his daily patrons with greetings upon seeing them. It's important to be remembered and he gets that. To top it off, our store is clean and well organized!

Store is easy to traverse. Staff is excellent. See David (in Tools) for any help in the store. The man is a fountain of knowledge.

I am there daily and like the building products and generally think that the employees are friendly and helpful.

IF IT'S A HOW TO QUESTION THAT YOU HAVE, DON'T BOTHER BECAUSE THEY JUST DON'T KNOW. THEY CAN TELL YOU WHERE IT'S LOCATED IN THE STORE, BUT THEY REALLY DON'T HAVE AND IDEA OF HOW THE ITEMS THEY SELL REALLY WORK. THE EMPLOYEE'S JUST DON'T HAVE FIELD EXPERIENCE. IT'S LIKE ASKING A PARKING ATTENDANT TO COOK FOR A PARTY OF 200, THEY'RE JUST NOT QUALIFIED. THEY ARE GOOD FOR TELLING YOU WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT AND IF IT'S IN STOCK, BUT OTHER THAN THAT..... SORRY BUT THAT'S THE TRUTH. THEY LOOK AS LOST AS YOU DO IN THE STORE. I WOULD HAVE TO RECOMMEND THIS STORE ONLY BECAUSE THERE'S ONLY 1 OTHER OF ANY SIZE IN SIERRA VISTA.

I was very pleased last night when I went into the Home Depot in Sierra Vista to buy a washing machine I saw on line. Being that the floor space was limited, the item I wanted was not on display, but I could live with that. I was able to get help right away to order the washing machine I wanted. Friendly service, transaction went fast and very pleased with the help we received.

The best home depot store I have ever been to and the only one I go to for the simple fact that tge customer service employees are there for more than just a paycheck. Greeting me by name each time I go in and no matter what always ask if they can help me find something when they know I know the store inside and out. Be it's always the same professional customer service attitude and alot of times I am in the 4to 5 times a day.

This is a great store, with very knowledgeable employees. There is one employee I go to for everything I need and I’m not sure what is best to get. His name is Jerry and you’ll find him back in the area where the irrigation systems are. He helped me with my garden irrigation and much more. Most of the things he has helped me with are not even in his department. Everything he has told me to try has worked extremely well. There is many great employees at this store and they have helped me when Jerry isn’t there. The garden manager is another that will bend over backwards to help you. I highly recommend this store and if your in a bind, go find Jerry.

This is a great store! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I've never felt like I wandered in the wilderness looking for help...they are immediately available each and every time...without being overly solicitous. Very friendly, clean and well stocked store. I always find exactly what I need!

As usual when I had a problem, all I had to do was ask and my problem was solved. This store doesn't always carry what I want but they sure do try to solve my problem somehow.

The garden center has the most amazing helpful, friendly, and kind employees working there. They have all sorts of plant variety to choose from. Loved the shopping experience.

This is good Home Depot. A problem with stores at the end of a supply line/chain (Sierra Vista is semi-rural area an hour southeast of Tucson, AZ) is they often have stocking problems and run out of items regularly. While I have noted a slight decrease in on-shelf/in-store stocking and a Home Depot move to on-line sales, the store is still pretty good. Several employees are GREAT - including Jerry Bone in Plumbing and Mickey who covers a lot of the store including doors and windows...

I had a warranty return that needed a lot of pohne calls to resolve. Bobboe and Colleen helped me and after a couple of hours and dozens of phone calls it was resolved for me. Both of them were upbeat even tho I was frustrated.

Home Depot 3500 Avenda Cochise Sierra Vista, Az. We shopped at the Sierra Vista today (07/15/17) around 09:00 Am and the cashier Juana was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the items purchased and general information about the store.

The Sierra Vista Home Depot store serves a definite purpose to both the professional builder as well as the do-it-yourselfer. However, there is entirely too much "That's not my department." instead of "How may I help you?" going on in the store. While I realize cross-training employees in 2 or 3 different departments is a huge undertaking, Lowe's seems to have discovered the secret to doing just that. Their whole-store Customer Service (to me) is quite superior to what I experienced in Home Depot (Except for "Sierra".) the day I came in looking for a security door for my house. The (door) department manager was (apparently) at lunch and there seemed to be no one else available who could help me. Sooo, I went to Lowe's, where the flooring manager was able to find exactly what I was looking for, even though it was NOT his department. I bought my door from Lowe's because they seemed to want my business more than Home Depot. Also, I have discovered that Lowe's has superior lumber (Drier AND straighter!) to that at Home Depot. WHY IS THAT??? I prefer to shop at Home Depot, but I gotta tell ya, Lowe's is rapidly gaining on Home Depot.
