I have exclusively purchased products form Home Depot for over 20 years. I have had to use the competition on occasion. I believe that Home Depot does a much better job of home improvement service. From returns to purchases (in-store and online) to hired services so far can't be beat. I really appreciate the military discount!

Every single time I have gone to the Sierra Vista Home Depot, I have been met by friendly staff, who are willing to point you in the right direction, or assist in finding a specific product. I appreciate having such a great store near me! Thanks to All!!

If you like having to search a large store for the item you are looking for while being ignored by every employee on duty, this is the place for you!

When checking out I went to register 2 where i was created by Breanna, when laying she kept asking me if my change was her top. I find that very rude espically since I had already told her no. If she is looking for tips I personally feel that she should go into a waitressing job where they are tiles

Very busy store. Most items always in stock. Courteous sales reps.

Wonderful garden layout and a super friendly team. Always a help and a smile to find at this Home Depot. Great variety of seasonal flowers and great price value on soil and pavers.

Bought Bali solar roller shades. Christie was extremely helpful to make sure our order was going to be what we wanted.

Sherri Bone at the Home Depot in Sierra Vista, AZ is the Best! She was very patient with us and helped us use up some small balances on some gift cards that we still had. She was extremely kind and friendly.

Cashier Mackenzie was rude

MacKenzie assisted me at self checkout. She was cheery and very helpful. She helped me the last time I was in the Sierra Vista Arizona store as well.

The staff are very friendly and will go out of there way to help you, I had no trouble finding a staff member and when asked she grabbed a ladder to get an item off the top shelf.

First time out since 2/2020 due to COVID due to heart condition. Oddly, was nervous and Crystal was great with the returns and everyone else very friendly and helpful. Been coming here 5 years since we moved to area. Have updated kitchen using Sierra Vista Home Depot. Love our local store! They are always very helpful. Even when busy.

I was pleased to see the American Flag displayed at the entrance on this Memorial Day weekend.

Tobi (Toby) at Home Depot is fantastic. He helped me find a difficult to locate item and didn't give up until I had the item and accessories.

Often hard to find staff. Shelves often not stocked well. Example 24 cans of a green spray paint in overhead, not on shelf. A few damaged poor quality wood pieces in bin, more in stock, but unable to locate in store. I’m sure it meets the needs for some . We just deserve better. It’s a pretty low bar.

Products weren’t that easy to find however almost everywhere you turn a worker was easy to find and they were able to point us in the right direction. The store was clean and organized in a well thought out way. All associates were very friendly, helpful, and even fun!

I’d like to let the upper management know that they have a great employee. Every time I see Sherri she’s either helping a customer or helping another employee. If I am ever in need of something there I know who will be able to get it for me or point me in the right direction. She is so helpful. Of all the employees I’ve seen come and go there the past 10 years she for sure my favorite. And you can tell by the way she carries herself that she values her job. Employees like Sherri are a huge asset to corporations like hd. They bring in more customers and keep loyal ones. I hope HD values Sherri as an employee and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was store manager one day soon.

Everyone at The Home Depot is very friendly, and helpful too. It feels like when you go visit family and everyone is happy to see you.

Every time I enter the store I know I will find smiling and helpful employees willing to guide me to the products I’m looking for. It’s extra helpful because I usually have my son under 2 yrs old with me. Today Jessica at CS and Naila at checkout made my trip very smooth and quick! I also had help in flooring (Jason and Crystal??) and paints( didn’t get their names, a guy and a girl) today too. Thanks Home Depot!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. When asked they were ab le to answer my questions and direct me in the right direction.

The store aisles were cluttered and difficult to maneuver in. Additionally, a key I had made wasn't in the bag when I got home; the paper backing was there but the key was not. When I called the store to ask for remediation, the young lady said "your key isn't here, come in and make another one." and then hung up before I could ask a follow up question.

I really like this store. I always feel comfortable shopping there, and the employees are super friendly. The prices are reasonable too.

The store is quite clean. It's the employees that are hit-or-miss. Some are very friendly and helpful, will give advice or take you directly to the item you are looking for. Others have pretended to be busy (were gossiping with acquaintances a second before being approached) or just said "it's over there somewhere". So far the most reliably friendly people have worked at the cashier stations. We would appreciate if more emphasis were placed on customers wearing their masks. It's very hard to stay distanced inside, especially when multiple people are looking for items on the same aisle.
