Cannot say enough about the level of customer service provided at this store. From the customer service desk to the checkout area always a great shopping experience. Always an employee on the floor when needing info or help. I’ve even had upper level customer service while going to or from my vehicle….where else can you find that? Thanks to all of you that keep Sierra Vista HD friendly and awesome!

A special thank you to John c. Relford, millworks specialist, who works in the Sierra Vista, home depot. I greatly appreciate his help. I was out of the store in 2 hours. If not for his help, I'm sure I would still be there today more than twenty four hours later trying to figure it out.

We went in to purchase a refrigerator and a dish washer. The sales associate was very professional and helpful, pleasant to work with. Accomplished our mission.

The staff are very helpful. Blas did an outstanding job placing my order and through his suggestions he saved me money too.

Our Sierra Vista Home Depot is amazing! The rare times they may not have what I need, they have gone out of their way to help me special order it!!

Home depot driver delivered a full pallet of fence panels to me...I told him they werent on my order and he refused to take pallet back with him...Driver didnt understand the concept of customer service..or just plain logic...He should be fired

Through the help of store employees checking and making sure we found what we needed, it was a great experience!

Since I now live closest to this Home Depot, I’m trying to get to like it although I’ve had negative experiences. I’m trying to get to know some of the employees as I am often in and out of the store, but I will say that the cashiers have been great to work with

Tyler in plumbing/landscaping dept. is a wonderful asset to your comapny. He went above and beyond to help me with my project.

Employees can no longer touch your dog or give it any treats due to one bad dog. Not fair to the rest of us with friendly dogs that liked going to your store!

Too stupid to explain

Need better customer service when you walk into the Sierra Vista location. Dont just walk past customers

Just a year ago, I had one of the most unbelievably bad experiences ever in a Home Depot. The gentleman in the paint department actually suggested I change my house color because he did not want to mix paint from the paint buckets that were labeled that I brought in. I shop all over the state in every Home Depot. Since then, I have gotten to know a couple of the cashiers and they greet me and thank me for coming they do a top-notch job at checkout. This is help me to get over the negative feelings for this store , kudos to the cashiers.

I am completing my sixth remodel in eight years, and have relied on the knowledge of the people who help in almost every department. They haven't let me down yet

This store us always very clean. The general overall attitude of employees are generally friendly and very helpful. The garden center needs a little help, especially thus time of year. We do not buy dry, wilted plants or additional plant materials in this atmosphere during gardening season. We shop elsewhere.

2 recent incidents have ruined my confidence in the service I have received from my local store. I rented an auger for 4 hours as I was drilling some drainage holes at my home. The associate gave me instructions on how to use the auger, including how to detach the trailer hitch so that the auger could be used. Easy to do as it fell off once a cotter pin was pulled. I did mention that the reason I rented that particular auger that I was the only one that would be doing the drilling and needed one that could be operated by one person. I was never shown how to reattach the hitch so that I could haul it back to the store. I was done with the job in 3 hours and began to clean the machine and get it ready to take back. The hitch proved to be very easy to get off, but impossible for one person to reattach as it was very heavy and cumbersome. I called the rental department and told them that I could not attach the hitch alone and had no one I could get help from. Was told that if I didn't bring it in right away, I would have to pay the 24 hour rate No suggestions other than that. I didn't have someone available to help me attach the hitch until the next morning. With the help of a second person, we were successful in reattaching. I brought it back in and was charged the 24 hour rate. Secondly, I ordered 2 custom patio doors and prepaid for them. After the time that they were to arrive I had not received any call or notice. I called myself and was told that they were in. I hooked my trailer and proceeded to go pick up the doors. The associate assisting me returned to my vehicle and said that they could only find one of the two. I waited for over an hour as they looked for the second door and it was not found even though their receiving system said it was received in to the store. Still waiting to hear back from Home Depot to let me know if they have found it or if it will need to reordered.

Get your ordered formica elsewhere, it can't handle the freight chucking if ordered online

This is one of the smallest HDs in AZ. The service, friendliness, and knowledge here is better than their greatest competitor. But this is such a small store that they can't keep as large an inventory as the bigger store in town. Wish they could somehow increase their square footage!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. No matter what random item I need they always know where it is and make me feel welcomed when I shop at this location.

Customer service is horrible and employees do not have knowledge and always have to ask a manager.

HD had in stock the tile that I needed from a purchase more than a year ago.
