I have a crab apple tree in my front yard and it's in the way of a lot of things that I need to get done, so I bought the Ryobi Trim Saw to take this tree out of my way and gain some parking spots on my front yard.

I purchased the mower at your store in Sierra vista. Was thrilled. Was supposed to be delivered the day after but failed to arrive the store claimed I was unavailable when they tried to deliver a lie. Set up delivery for the next day they tried to pull the same thing eventually the product was delivered mid-afternoon I was thrilled. The product doesn't work and I need to return it.

I bought a Bali window blind three weeks ago> I ordered it at the SV store. When the blind arrived it was clearly the wrong color and size i went to customer service and dealt with Colleen and i must say she worked tirelessly to rectify the problem even when HD.com would do nothing to help me out. Colleen is awesome and the store is lucky to have her working there.

I ordered a replacement bling through the Sierra Vista store and received a completely wrong blind, even the packing slip was correct so it seems they boxed it wrong and I bought the blind on a 50% discount week but HD.com would not honor the discount when I went to the store. Colleen worked for 45 min to get me the right blind and ended up getting theSV store to apply the discount since HD.com wouldn’t and nether would Bali. In my opinion the world needs more people like Colleen working in customer service. Thank you again Colleen for fixing a situation that was totally HD.coms fault or Balis fault

I can't understand why the Sierra Vista AZ store has employee/company DEI bulletin boards where customers can see them. This is a very conservative area in AZ.

Home Depot has always been my favorite place to shop and especially the garden shop. Being a homeowner, we have used Home Depot for a lot of supplies throughout the years. Home Depot has one drawback and that is it needs more people to help the customers.

We brought in our paint with labels and Sheen. It was beir paint. And the gentleman in the paint department acted as if he did not have time or patience to mix our paints and find the cans on the shelves. Customers around us roll their eyes. We were all flabbergasted by the way he acted. We said we would go to another Home Depot and he said OK and walked away.

Does not matter what department you need help in, you got to track people down.

I bought my first new fridge and found a great clearance deal on it! Everyone was helpful in getting it loaded into my truck.

Loaded 4 prehung doors on one cart and a heavy bath vanity on the other and enjoyed working to get twin carts to the checkout while a blaze of orange walks by and smiles. Bring a friend to this store with you if you got a big order and leave with a better attitude.

I asked multiple employees for help finding items I had in my electronic cart & was sent all over the store & mostly in the wrong direction. When I finally found the fence pickets I wanted they were in upstock. When I finally found another employee to help he argued that the ones up were the same crappy ones as below but they had been rained on. Well, they were broken & and very much not the same. He resufsed to get the ones I wanted down. The check out process is terrible. Self check out sucks. 1 lane was open w an old lady sitting on a bucket checking out 1 person with 15 items of the same type 1 x 1. All the self check outs were full. I don't pay the in store prices to work on checking out or to be treated so rudely.

This past year I have built a home and required electrical, plumbing, lighting, furnishings, drywall, framing material, paint, landscaping material, etc. Every time I have ordered on line or been to this store, the employees in all departments have been very professional and provided all the help I have needed. That is why I keep going back!

An employee in the garden center called Mike is extremely helpful. If you need anything, ask for him.

I cannot say enough good things about the Home Depot in Sierra Vista. Their customer service is top notch. I always get the help I need and I'm greeted with a smile every time I'm in the store. The Home Depot in Sierra Vista is always my first stop for construction material. Thank you

I have been a handyman for years and have dealt with all different home improvement stores, but none have lived up to HD!

Home Depot had the plated terminal strip I was looking for.

I am from out of state and recently purchased property in the area. Home Depot was my go to store and I was amazed at how helpful the staff was. Kudos to Kevin in the paint department!!!

Rita, a cashier in the garden center, thought I called her stupid, but I didn’t, she just “felt” I did because I questioned her when she said she literally couldn’t ring up a single piece of conduit. Immediately, she then put my things back in my cart and told me to go find another cashier. When I told her no, and to continue ringing me up, she proceeded to throw my merchandise after she scanned it. I told her to stop throwing my things. When asked to get a manager she refused. After 5 or 6 times asking for a manager, because she was literally throwing with anger my merchandise, she called a manager and the first thing out of her mouth was, “This customer called me stupid.” Straight up lie. I could upload the video of her doing this if you’d like but it does have her face in it. I spoke to Frank, a manager, and relayed this story. Guess what, they actually can ring up a single piece of conduit. Go figure. She also over scanned me, probably to make me pay more.

Get exceptional service above and beyond when Laura helps you! She is very observant and above and beyond that saves the customers time and money

We really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The employees are wonderful and always helpful. Dave in Cabinets, Tiffany in flooring and Sherri at checkout all go above and beyond.

Always a good experience going into the store l. Everyone is always happy to help and the almost always have what I need.

I have been looking for a specific solid surface, it needed to be smooth and a 2'x4' size. I found a a porcelain tile in Sierra vista Home Depot. Stefanie help me get the right piece.
