The store is completely unorganized from the customer service to the contractors and even bill paying. Do not waste your time.

Great place to shop, people are always around to help you find what you’re looking for or you can simply use the Home Depot app while in store to find your items

Poor customer service

Y’all have been great. Both encouraging and helpful in my endeavors.

Many employees are rude and don't know much about projects and cannot assist when ask basic questions as far as certain items needed causing customers to bounce in different departments looking for one item and speaking to 3+ employees till its found. Very frustrating.

lots of products, i just went to get a plant

Return associate Alicia is rude, grumpy and lacked training. Doesn't understand the need to reduce exposure during this pandemic, and instead actively increasing risks for customers. Not wearing face mask, refusing to scan ID without holding it first, and generally indifferent about spreading germs. Also had an attitude problem, probably because it was half an hour to closing and she was too incompetent to do her job quickly, so the lines were still long.

Online the store says they have the parts you need but when you go into the store they never do have them

It took 7 weeks from the time of a storm door purchase till the day it was installed. My money for the cost of labor to install was readily accepted and then all communication stopped. The main number to the store was rarely answered and the only saving grace in this entire experience was Matt at the Mill Desk who would attempt to update me as best he could whenever I went in to find answers in person. He did in the end, make things right for me and now that I have a beautiful Andersen door to my back entrance which had a non-functioning door for almost 2 months, I am happy the ordeal is over.

Everything is perfect, good to shopping

I visited the store located on Washington Blvd about 7:15 am and was greeted with smiles and gentle conversation like " Good Morning is there something I can hep you with". :t's a wonderful morning and how are you today". I treasure that first thing in the mornings. It makes my day start off on a good note. .

Cashier Althea was just miserable and basically accused me of stealing.

Good variety and good prices

Often times Home Depot is busy but you can always find an associate to help you.

The store is at a convenient location, items are neatly displayed and customers' service is great. However, there need to be a greater variety displayed instore for customers' inspection and better purchasing decisions.The same items we see online we should see them in the store. Not everyone like to buy by just pictures and sometimes online description may not meet expectations when purchase is made.

I like this store because it is nearby my neighborhood. sometimes I shop at the Watertown store because they seem to have more and better material in the garden shop area. maybe because it is a more suburban neighborhood than the South Bay location By the way----- your system for watering the live plant materials is abominable. SOOOOOO MUCH DYING MATERIAL. improve the hose and watering head set up.

This is the best Home Depot we always go to the perople are all ver nice and helpful.

One of your plumbing staff told me you do not carry the sharkbite deburring tool (Model # U702A, Store SKU #887801, Store SO SKU #1000317762), but your Home Depot website indicated 6 were in stock (checked on my computer once I got home). Because I needed this for my project, I will have to order from someone else instead since driving all the way back to Home Depot will take over one hour. This reduced my confidence in this store - I need to be able to rely on the staff knowing the products they carry.
